  1. Blount County as well, about the same increase. Based on what homes are selling for vs. property improvement.

  3. Tommy's has a good reputation. The Mahindra Roxor looks pretty interesting... heavily influenced by the original Jeep by Willys.
  4. Midweek you should be ok, should being the operative word. Running 40 to Exit 20 in NC is not as scenic, but probably saves you 30 minutes. You could always try through the park going or coming
  5. Thank you all! Best Gun Buddy had a similar experience, his recommendation was to set collar at full power...
  6. I need to get one, when I travel overnight, my wife is unable to walk the dog. If we hook her up to her run, she just sits on the porch. 1/2 acre coverage. Numerous models available, from $150 to $1500 Any and all opinions would be appreciated!
  7. Israel, the Lord who created you says, “Do not be afraid—I will save you. I have called you by name—you are mine.
  8. CGW would be my choice. No milling experience, but I have used them for gunsmithing.
  9. This is my icing on the entertainment cake. Wonder if LS will be getting an unannounced door knock. I think law enforcement could articulate reasonable suspicion that a crime has been, is being or will be committed in order to begin an investigation. Assuming minions of .gov lurk about on this forum.
  10. They took palm branches and went out to meet him, shouting, "Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Blessed is the king of Israel!" Jesus, thank you for your supreme sacrifice and for your precious blood which washes away my sin and shame, opens the gates of Heaven and makes me acceptable to your Father.
  11. I too saw the video of the murderer shooting out the glass to obtain entry. I met Wayne at a church security conference and learned about his security laminate product. Thoughts it may be of interest and value to share https://www.eversafe-usa.com/
  12. Almighty and merciful God, please stretch forth your hand to heal and to perform signs and wonders in the holy, precious and powerful name of your obedient servant, Jesus.
  13. Great news, the Fed is only to raise rates .25 during this time of turmoil vs. the .50 - .75 they had planned.
  14. Smoky Mountain Gun Works on Asheville Highway has both Fiocchi and S&B 9mm priced at $12.99 / 50 round box Picked up 7 boxes of Fiocchi for $99.34 after as sales tax and stamp
  15. Same here. Mine isn't quite as rare, HK91, 1980 vintage @nocompromise556 nice collection of P7s!
  16. I saw good ole Barney Frank (of Dodd Frank fame) sits on the board. Allegedly, SVB was also favored by Chinese tech firms as a source of capital. Tax payer dollars soon to be at work for the greater good?
  17. Yep, however, banks and credit unions work with both long term and short term investments (and loams) for managing the balance sheet. The other thing they look at is churn, how quickly consumer loans payoff and reset. In credit union land, indirect auto loams sticks about 28 months, mortgages are about 7 years (across all terms and types) I have a sub 2% mortgage at my credit union, I joke with our VP of Asset Liability Management he's gonna have me for the life of the mortgage.
  18. In the mortgage biz, over 30 years in financial services. Cost of funds is the driver for your specific question. If you have a mortgage at 2.5%, the lender borrowed at say, 1.5% Today, cost of funds is 4.5%(ish) Mortgage rates are tied to the ten year Treasury, it was over 4 on Friday, under 3.5 this morning. It normally moves on .125 increments.
