  1. Seems like some propaganda to me   I find it hard to believe the NRA released this now.
  2. Sounds like a very rare bird indeed. If you find one let me. If they have 2 I'm in for the second.
  3. G30 lower double stack mag well with a G36 upper I think.   I have heard talk of it for many moons and people doing it themselves.
  4. If you need some cash then now seems like a good time to sell.   If you bought your mags to make money now also seems like a good time to sell.   If you are into firearms for the sport and enjoyment of shooting, it is a dangerous time to be selling. What whens if it becomes illegal and you can not replace it.
  5. What if becomes a NFA item? Then it may cost a extra $200 tax stamp and 6 or 12 month wait. Ouch
  6. Over all getting the membership up should be a good thing. I am sure there are going to be a few hick-ups along the way.   I have already seen a bump or 2. :ugh:
  7. I'm sure glad their open 24 hours a day so we can pick out what we want to buy tomorrow.
  8. At the moment preban mags bring a premium in states that kept the Clinton ban. To everyone else they are just old or is it collectable?   They are the only hi-cap mags they can have.    That and rebuild kits. Not sure how that works but it does.
  9. Seems like a good reason to do some shotgunning as well.
  10.     1st off. Thanks you for the heads up on the in stock mags, I am sure that you have only good intentions of helping us out in finding in stock mags. They seem to be very rare these days.   Now on to the more important part.   Say NO to CTD
  11. I have been thinking about this as well. I am sure there will be big jump in accidental discharges and shootings as well.   Safety 1st
  12. Glock and Android for me.
  13. Santa brought her for my daughter last Christmas after my daughter had been asking for one for a good 3 years. After about a week of hard name searching my daughter named her Shadow  :pleased: A very fitting name as well.
  14. Not really taticool, but I have been running a pair of Danner 6in Explorers for work. They were my 1st set of Danners and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I do landscape/lawncare work. My boots get wet almost every day either by the dew or mud and water. Which wears boots out in a hurry. I walk several miles working everyday as well. Until my Danners most boots would make 6 months at the most no matter what brand I tried. These are almost a year old and still waterproof and the leather is in good shape as well. I may need to resole them soon because the tread is getting thin and I do not want to slip while running equipment or anything.
  15. My guard dog Aster and my family's guard dog Shadow
  16. I'm in Gunny message and all.                                                           Early Adopter Badge   TRENDSETTER                                                                                              Congrats, trendsetter! We'll keep it safe for you until the                                                                                                 community launches, but you can share it                                                                                                                    now!                                                                                                                       :koolaid:
  17. Anyone ever use the Tapco AR mags and how did the do?
  18. I think it all has to do with everyone being so connected with the interweb and all these days. It makes the panic spread worse than the plague.   In 94 the ban took affect before common folk new about what was going on. Then to late to stock up   Again thank goodness for the internet. What would I do without it.   I guess I would have fewer mags right now though. :ugh:
  19. TACTICOOL :stunned:   :koolaid: DRINK UP :leaving:
  20. Who made it?   I look forward to report after you get some range time in with it.
  21. I think it has everything to do with the current political climate. I have a new AR I have never fired. I also have 10 new pmags for it. Up until a few weeks ago I had never given a thought to needing any more mags for it. I could just go to the store and pick up more if needed. Now I have 14 more mags for my never fired AR and can't stop looking for more.   Same with my other mags. I buy ever one I can afford at normal or just slightly marked up price.   SO I am with TGO David. I buy all I can afford.
  22. I thought they went with the three because like Leo you had one in and two mags in a mag carrier. To me the three mags helped off set the higher price of the gen4. Wonder why they are going back to two mags? Just $?
  23. :yum: Wow they look great. I would really like to pick one up myself sometime. :usa:
  24. MMMM Glock CARBINE
  25. My wife has one on her SUV and it comes in handy quite often. Having it covered up would help, but locking it to your vehicle would be a big plus. It reminds me of when we were in Somalia. (a real world apocalypse environment) While on convoy delivering supplies the people would all run to the road when they saw vehicles coming and if you were going slow enough and had anything on the outside of the vehicle they would steal it. I saw many a case of MREs, water, etc snagged that way. I think this is the one we have.   http://www.tractorsupply.com/carry-on-trailer-reg-folding-hitch-packer-20-in-x-60-in--1090040
