  1. Maybe Ruger quit taking orders because their repair department couldn't keep up. That makes more sense than they are making too much profit.
  2. Have you tried calling them lately? I wonder what excuse they would have.
  3. Congratulations! Glocks are awesome. Sorry everyone crapped on your thread. Give us a range report when you can.
  4. Alright, I ordered a trigger from them. Guess I get to blame you if I don't like it. Thanks for posting them.
  5. I really like my 357 lcr. And it is cheaper to shoot. I have no regrets about it.
  6. Where are you in east TN? I'm in Chattanooga and am an armorer if i'm closer. Adam
  7. They sell sights there. If you buy from them, they'll install them for free. I love the TGO sights. They are a little big though
  8. What did they charge if you don't mind?
  9. The gen4 grip without the grip add on is smaller than the gen3.
  10. I love my RIA compact. I played with several different 1911s at the gun store. The triggers all felt the same to me. I don't know what anyone means by the grittiness. None of the ones I tested had it. They had an old, used Colt that felt a little crisper. I paid 420 out the door. Only thing it is lacking is a nice blued finish. Nothing wrong with the parked, just not as nice as a good bluing.
  11. You were a very good boy apparently.
  12. I just had a similar dilemma. I went with the 357 LCR. No regrets. I love it with my Remora holster. After 50 round of 357, I was definitely feeling it. Even a little sore the next day.
  13. I'll second the Ithaca. A shotgun may not be the best for kids though. A 22 is always good for kids to learn on though.
