  1. Ellington Agriculture Center can do a soil sample of your lawn, garden or whatever dirt you plan to grow something in. The results of that test will tell you exactly what you need to treat your lawn or garden for optimal foliage. Or pay a service to do it.
  2. I heard G.Soros money is behind some of this, I wonder if he funded the airfair?
  3. Everything is racist and makes me want one even more. F'ing pussy generation!
  4. Ha, read the title and thought they caught Bill Clinton on top of Nancy Pelosi.
  5. Well, you could commit to one and then back out if it becomes available, a refund will be given.....just a thought.
  6. Being R/H I use an ankle holster most of the time on my inside left ankle holding a LCP or a P238. My S&W revolver is on the hip. If you want a revolver I think the LCR would be a better choice and I know you said no more used guns but being a revolver, and a Ruger, I don't think you can go wrong with a used one plus there's plenty of used LCR's out there. GL
  7. I got some of the business cards and have posted them in several places I visit. Ive also put them on mailboxes where ive seen the Gadsden flag flying or vehicles with "conservative" bumper stickers. You never know how easy it could spread with a simple card and theyre free for the asking.

  9. All of these deserve a "like", much better than my Political Funny thread image post
  10. Hey, got this offer from GearHog......thought maybe TGO could restock and run some through the presses again ? http://www.gearhog.com/?did=68984
  11. Looking on Buds I see a few others that are in the $200 range, some I never heard of. Maverick Arms model 88, Rossi, ASi, Interstate Arms and Stevens, (I have one in bolt action that's 12ga.) couple of others. Sounds like the H&R is a pretty good bet, I knew Mossberg should be a popular one.
  12. Well, I missed out. Saw this when you first posted and failed to act. Let us know when you plan to makeup a new order.
  13. I've got a 870 and thought about getting a 18" barrel but this is a nice gun I've had since a kid so I rather not mess with it. The thought process is a $200 shotgun to throw under the bed or leave in the garage and not worry too much about. I'm cool with used gun and may hit a few dealers and pawn shops, looking for opinions as usual.
  14. Looking at low-end tactical shotguns, H&R, Turkish Emperor ect.. I'm not real familiar with what's available or if their worth their shot (pun intended) and the use will be limited and mainly just an easy to get to home protector in 12ga. Anyone have experience or advice will be well received.
  15. I've heard there will be a CD and DVD of this recent tour so that will be another one to add to my JB collection. The Red Rocks 3Kings tour is very good, a must see.
  16. Yeah, Joe Bonamassa is pretty much all I listen to, though I have been getting into Jeff Beck lately but this Blues Explosion Tour of Joe's is really enjoyable.
  17. Yeah maybe a .38 is a bit much for Mom. .22 or .22 Magnum?...and there is a .380 revolver out there too.
  18. Lady Smith in .38 would be nice. My first thought was an LCP but you mentioned snappy. Plenty of training may help with handling pretty much anything.
  19. That's probably what mine is, the orignal 130-AA, creamy buttery looking.
  20. The tube I have is probably 30yrs old, there's not a part number or designation besides Lubriplate on it.

    T/C Compass

I'd almost buy one to get entered into the contest. 22-250 Rem for varmint hunting would be my choice or the 30-06 for deer slaying. https://www.tcarms.com/dreamtruckgiveaway
  22. These people know nothing but war and killing, they were raised as kids to hate. It's time for drastic measures imo. Close our borders and if our military hasnt been desimated too badly in the past eight years, unleashed everything our military has to offer and don't let up.
  23. I'm going to bump this with hope of seeing faster recovery times....ha, ha. 4to6 weeks is what the Doc. said but from everything I've read its more like 4 to 6 months. Mine will be Arthroscopic surgery to a pretty damaged shoulder. I'm getting another cort-shot tomorrow and will pin him down on recovery times. I'm in overall good health and fit for a 58yr old. I had knee surgery three years ago and that went well, back to routines in about 5 wks.
