Big Beautiful Bill and NFA

As I’m sure many of you did, I wrote Sens Blackburn and Haggerty about suppressors and SBRs being taken out of the NFA.  Haggerty just sent the standard thank you email back.  Blackburn though, or her team, rather, replied back with quite the lengthy email that spoke of the Constitution and the 2nd Amendment and agreed with my point about suppressors.  Hooray for that.  On the other hand, she strangely made no mention of SBRs.

I don't know all the details of the "Big Beautiful Bill" , but if the various things I'm hearing are true, I'd be fine with leaving suppressors in the NFA for a while longer and it not pass.   🙄

It also includes SBS as well.If it does pass AR makers will be putting stocks on their pistols and Remington and Mossberg will be doing the same to their shotguns with 14” barrels and flooding the market not to mention every Bubba with a pipe cutter or hacksaw with be doing garage or kitchen table conversions on every pawn shop 870 they can get their hands on.😂
