Glock 19 pricing?

I am trying to locate a G19 for a friend. I found a couple locally but they seem priced too high ($465 and $519). One has a 17rd. mag, grips, and no rail. the other has night sights and std. cap mag.

What range should I be looking for? These seemed high to me for such used pieces. Neither were very clean either. But nothing was broken from what I could tell.

CDNN had police trade-ins and used specimens for a while for under $400... they might still, I don't look for Glocks much when I look at their inventory. And, I invariably see a handful of the mid-size Glocks for sale at gun-shows in the mid-$400 range.

New, I'd expect somewhere around $500... up to $550 with night-sights, perhaps.
