You can pick up a decent safe for under $1000

i put things i don't need, or are extremely valuable in a safe,

i need my guns.

loaded and ready for work, for every situation, from the box of weaties in the kitchen (for the kill bill reenactment ) to the bump safe at the front door, to the you never know hidden out in the yard, to the one or more on me.

i don't have kids running around so safety is not a factor there, i cant be everywhere but my guns can. but you could look at it as my home, job, and vehicles are safe(s).

All I have is a storage rack. Since I took this picture, I have added a 91/30 to my collection and an AR lower. I also have a M&P15-22 on order. So basically, I am now out of room and have NO idea what I am going to do next. I think I might buy one of those cheapish gun cabinets until I can afford a Browning tactical safe.

Oh yeah, since I took the picture, I have added a shelf next to the rack that houses ammo, cleaning supplies and my handguns.

I keep one on me and one in the night stand. But when I leave the house if its not on me, it is in the safe. I wont leave one laying around while Im not home.
