  1. I best not show up for this. I have a 73 Ironhead, 01 Springer Softail and an 06 Road Glide. I am pretty sure I would mysteriously disappear if something else came home with me.
  2. And LiveLeak is gone now. It was part of my daily internet troll for years, with Ogrish before it was LiveLeak.
  3. I will take my wedding over that one. I was still active duty in San Diego, the future wife was still in TN. We decided to do the chapel thing in Gatlinburg. We rented a B&B up in the mountains for the guests. I had Sailors coming in from CA, OR, WA and MI. The B&B was basically three houses and three hot tubs. Lets just say the civilian guests of my wife didnt mix well with the Sailors that I served with. We had a great three days in the mountains before we fly to Hawaii for the honeymoon.

I only lived in Temecula for for a few years, moved up there from South Bay, IB area. I was out there at the request of the USN. I did 16 in the San Diego area and 4 in Hawaii. I was a member of South Bay Rod and Gun for much of the 90's.
  5. I have an Ironhead Sporty, Springer Softail a Road Glide. I gave up on dirt and gravel years ago.

Same here! When I lived in Temecula, CA summer temps would regularly push in the high 100's and as long as you moved in and out of the shade, its comfortable enough not to die. 90 degrees here with our humidity makes me want to die when I am out doing my yard work.
  7. If a ride was planned out far enough in advance I would love to meet and greet some of you cool kids. And if I get off my duff and get new rubber on the Road Glide, if not I happily cruise around on my Springer Softail.
  8. I had almost offered you my Springer Softail as I had came into my dream bike last year, a Road Glide. However I still want to be buried with my awesome Springer.
  9. That certainly worked on the helicopters I wrenched on.
  10. What would be the purpose of having a camera recording the interior of the vehicle? I really dont see that need for me, but if I were UBER or something like that I could see the need.
  11. We were in KC a few weeks ago. We tried Arthur Bryants and it was barely passable for decent BBQ. Then we went to Hog Jawl Que and Brew and KC BBQ was redeemed. We were pleased and impressed and would eat there again when we are in the area.
  12. Nothing about this situation is right. But, I hate to say it, it doesn't surprise me with the way our legal system works. Please stay aware and vigilant in protecting yourself and your family.
  13. My usual response is "More than some, less than others. But generally speaking, not enough".
  14. I would have pointed the barrels out, if it were me...
  15. And if you look closely at that above photo, on the left side of the joint (opposite of the crack) the bottom edge looks corroded out also.

There is a brand new chainsaw on there now https://chattanooga.craigslist.org/grd/d/soddy-daisy-stihl-climing-saw/7317705463.html
  17. I would assume that they are speaking of SC card speeds. The higher speed the more they cost. I have been wanting to get a dash cam. So I am following this thread to learn as much as I can before I plop down the cash.
  18. I am sorry to hear this, shipmate. You are in my thoughts an prayers.
  19. When I came into the 375 doing some trading I told the wife it was for T-rexs. Granted I am not sure the 375 will do the job when they get cloned and run amok. LOL

  21. I have its slightly larger brother with a 6" barrel.
  22. No doubt that my Browning Safari Grade in 375 is a great caliber. It is also a safe queen. That 375 is rather spendy to feed. LOL
