Carrying larger brake rotors, an upgraded suspension, revised front airdam and a fuel-injected 13B Rotary, SEs are sought after and a clean, unmolested original-owner car is a rare find, indeed. You're 22 and a 3rd year law student? Goodness, did you graduate college when you were 19 or 20?

I graduated from Indian River Community College and high school at 16, MTSU at 19, took a year off, and started law school right after my 20th birthday.

Yes. You need a gun to live in Memphis. Even if you live in the good parts.

It's people in the "good parts" of Memphis that need to be prepared to defend themselves, unless they want to be one of the daily victims at the Med.
