Feedback on Regional Gun Dealer

I am new to this site and was wondering if there was an appropriate forum

to post my inquiry about dealers in neighboring states. I have been considering the purchase of a pistol from an internet dealer in KY. After a few e-mails to the dealer I started having second thoughts, especially since I have no experience with this dealer. Can I ask for feedback on a particular dealer here without stepping on toes or making people angry? If this sort of question is considered appropriate I will provide the dealer name.

I was looking to purchase a P7 as a carry gun. Cosmetics were not a major concern but I couldn't find one in TN for a reasonable price. An internet dealer in KY, Mac-Tec is supposed to have some police (German) trade-ins. Has anyone on this site bought from them? Any feedback would be appreciated.

For 20 bucks YOU hand pick which one you want from a group of 4-5 guns (that dude in KY charges 30.00 extra for this)
