Stop, collect your thoughts and take into account what you have to help yourself out and then consider the Rules of Three.

3 minutes without air.

3 hours without shelter.

3 days without water.

3 weeks without food

3 months without companionship

If your breathing, then the first one is done! Start working on shelter. Once that's done, find a water source, then food. Hopefully, companionship will come with rescue!

One thing I remember from my hunters safety course (20+ years ago)

1-Stop

2-admit you are lost

3-build a fire

That applies to everything. Stop! Admit the situation is bad. Start taking inventory of what you have versus what you need. You need water shelter and heat.
