How have you reacted personally? Bought guns? Mags? Ammo?

The only other handgun I recently thought of adding to my safe was a Keltec PMR30, just to plink with, but since I just saw one at Auction Arms about to tap out at $1200+. Hmmmm, a gun that was selling for about $299 a few weeks ago... guess I really don't want one that bad!

It is ridicilous isn't it. Saw a used one offered on Armslist the other day for 900. I like guns, and I will buy what I want within reason, but these guys that are gouging are slimeballs.

I've had a gunshow dealer offer 600 for mine because he could get 800 for it. I told him to shove his offer.

I ordered a case of Federal .22's....  But that was because I could not find them locally.  Other than that I have done nothing but sit back and shake my head at the way people are spending money.  I wonder if the gun companies are going to have to start paying Obama a commission, as he is the greatest gun salesman of all.

I went to the gunshow in Knoxville with the sole reason to meet up with the Knoxville crowd, last time, and plan on doing

it again this time for the same reason. I also plan on walking down the aisles and tables laughing at the prices. Don't

plan on buying a damned thing, except maybe a book or two I neglected to the last time.

 

Entertainment value and meeting some good folks is all I want. I don't get out enough.

Not looking to buy a gun but browsing a local pawn shop Sat.I spied a stainless Ruger MKII .22 pistol.It was the standard model with the 4in bbl.I had one years ago it was the best .22 pistol I ever owned but in a moment of financial need I sold it.Needless to say I put it in layaway.

I was lucky, Wednesday Midway had both 9 and 40 M&P mags in stock. I ordered 2 of each and had a friend order me 1 of each. Sent from my cm_tenderloin using Tapatalk 2
