Good news on lowers

New frontier polymer lowers should be hitting dealers soon. Looks like our vendor joebobs is getting into the distributor business on these and primarily releasing them to dealers (whatever does not go to dealers they will sell on their site). They have set a cap of $79.00 if a dealer puts them on auction sites like gunbroker. If they get caught selling for more than that they lose their supplier. The output is about 1000 a week! Hopefully this will start bringing the prices down on lowers at least. Source is a FFL friend of mine.

It really seems as if manufacturers and distributors are making an effort to ensure fair pricing during this lunacy. A shame that so many are taking advantage of that so they can make a profit on those that are actually wanting to purchase items, not turn around to screw their fellow gun owners.

Also have a list of places that I will gladly spend my $ at.

There are more than a few "gun stores" who I will not spend a dime with after this, and more than a few doing things right who I look forward to supporting. The ironic thing is that we tend to here a lot about how we shouldn't be buying ammo/guns/accesories from places like Walmart or sporting good stores when they by and large have not changed prices at all. (Dicks excluded) Can't say the same about many gun specific shops.

they are starting to ship out. mine came in last week. still waiting on my ffl friend to get off his tail and transfer it to my TN ffl. if you talk to your LGS all they have to do is contact Joe bobs to order them. They are the only distributor right now for them.

I found them in stock here louisvillefirearms.com/ar-15-parts.html, but the price is high even if a PMAG is included.   I want a lower to build on but not sure I wanna spend that much....
Your link redirects back to this page. How much are they selling a polymer lower for on that link? Don't spend stupid money on something worth 80 bucks.

And I add another to my list of dealers who will never see a dime.   Dolomite
+1. The last time I ordered polymer lowers I got three complete including transfer fees and background check for less than the price of one through them. I'd hold off and see what Joe Bobs sells them for when they get more stock in.
