that sucks, hope he makes a full recovery, please give him my best wishes for a speedy recovery. As to the dirt bags hope someone blows them away, to hell with a trail. Waste of time and tax dollars.

Sorry to hear about this. I think that I met him the first time that I entered your shop.

I've heard of few other cases of folks getting shot before they had a chance to react. Seems like the BG would shoot out of nervousness before the victim had time to respond to the BG's demands. (some thing like "Hand over your wallet!" BANG! "Oops!")

I hope for a speedy recovery for him and a quick demise for his attackers. (Yeah, I'm like that sometimes, when it comes, to so-called humans, that attack decent folk.)

Bill,

Sorry about your friend, shot by both scumbags? Wow a bit unusual but reinforces our mindset, training, and practice. I hope he gets back on his feet soon.

That's a wild story. I hope he has a swift recovery.

What exactly is a Hookah Bar? Was this local?

Hope your friend has a full recovery.

Jeeze, you didn't know what a Hookah Bar was?:)

:ugh:I had to look it up on the internet!:D

Except that the low lifes who did it hate decent people, no matter what their color.

That may be the most truthful thing written this week.

I talked to him today.

It was worse.

He was coming out and two guys pulled up. One said give us your money. The other one just opened fire. He was hit in the left thigh and right hip. His Blackberry deflected some of the bullet but it still entered his body and they had to take out some intestine. He retreated and they shot again and a third bullet grazed across his back.

He had left his gun in the car.

Still in intense pain, despite medication.

Being shot in the legs is no small matter! I hope he regains his ability to walk and makes a speedy recovery! I also hope that those who've done this to him are caught and prosecuted.

+1 on all of that. I know from personal experience that walking is greatly underrated.
