Boker Sidekick - Small Fixed Blade

Recommended Posts

  • Administrator

I received this and another Boker this past week.  The Sidekick has an OAL of 6.625" and a blade length of 3.25".  The blade is 440C steel, the scales are Micarta and it included a Kydex sheath and a strange belt attachment.  I have a BladeTech Tech-Lok belt attachment on the way instead.

It's a pretty simple knife, made in China of course, and cost less than $50.   Not bad for something small to hang on your belt and not get too worked up about if something were to happen to it.

Nice knife. How is that belt attachment supposed to work?

No idea.  My other Boker came with it also and I just haven't bothered trying to figure it out.  It's way oversized and clunky, which seems absurd given how small and sleek the knives are.
