I went with adapter plate on mine. If I had to do it over I think i'd just grind em off. Remember one screw needs to be short for the plunger side.

I have a used AR10 barrel that is 16inch and is Stainless Steel. 1/10 twist. Comes with Gas block and tube, muzzle brake. I dont know how many rounds are through her. It came off a used rifle that was swaped to 6.5 creedmore. I do have a bolt for .308 (not full BCG) if interested. Asking $60. Hixson area.
