Sorry Nick but as the "someone else on the board" I just got an email stating they dont have any more and none on backorder. Dang I really wanted one of those, should have ordered back in the spring.

It goes in cycles. Just gonna have wait this one out. You are somewhat correct about the media, there is big money to be made in the 24 hour news cycle and bad news will always keep the peoples attention more than good news.

Soaked it good with Kroil and let it sit overnight. Seems to be working a lot better now. Kroil will fix anything. Am guessing the friction of the collet riding on the new sizer just needed to worn in some more.

I did buy it used and previous owner had not used it in years. I did clean everything thoroughly and had to install a new sizer. I am wondering if when installing a new sizer if you have to also replace the collet that rides up the sizer to make it compress. Perhaps the old collet was worn to the old sizer and now it hangs up on the new one due to a wear pattern that developed on the collet? Any thoughts on that being the problem.

I've got an older Mec Grabber 762 that is giving me trouble. The sizer is not releasing the shell on the upstroke without having to push the arm up hard enough to jar the fingers off the shell. My first thought was the plunger that holds the base of the shell needed adjusting so the rim of the shell would not be wedged tight into the sizer itself. I have adjusted that up and down with no success. I am pretty sure I have the fingers adjusted correctly because I have a go no-go guage and they are coming out sized in spec. It is getting to be a real PIA having to bang the arm up and is starting to mess up the primers in the tray and I am also worried about my bottles cracking. Any suggestions.

With an average 150 grain bullet that would make 126,000 bullets if my math is correct.

I am not saying they cant do it. I would love to quit my profession and start over. Oh wait a minute, I have a house payment, 2 car payments, 2 kids and a wife who like to eat and like the air conditioning, running water, lights, insurance, etc, etc, etc. Guess they mind if I go back to school for a couple of years and they have to give all that up while I decide what profession I wont have to worry about the government getting involved with next.

If you go this way disassembly of the bolt will be the same as a stock set up. Some other cosiderations for istallation of the trigger safety will be you will have to clear some area on the stock where the new safety sticks up. Kinda like a 700 Remington. Also on mine i had to grind some on the new shroud for clearance, just a little dremel work no big deal. My new shroud was in the white but that was ok with me as I did entire project in Stainless Duracoat. Not sure if they offer the new shroud in blue or not. Pm me if you want some more info or help to get through it.

I am not for Obama care, just dont understand enough about it and seems both sides do a good job of pushing their pro's and con's at least enough to keep us us good and confused. As to your point of all these doctors just dropping out of the profession it sure must be nice to just be able to say "you know I am sick of this, I am going to throw away that 7 years(or more) of education and the lifestyle it has provided and go do something else". It is easy to say but when push comes to shove I dont see to many being in the position to just walk away and take up another profession that easy.

I tried to install one of those on my Mauser sporter and could not figure it out. They definately install and remove different than the stock safety. In the end I put a non safety bolt shroud on and used a Timney with the integral safety.

Do a little research on the web and look up the WZ78 Polish Trainers. There were quite a few of them available but the supply seems to have run dry now. I wanted a 48 until I saw the 78. I think I missed the boat on one of those though as there was not many made and no more are available for import.

PM me if you want to buy a magazine for the M69. I had lost my two and bought two more. Lo and behold the 2 I lost turned up in my sons range bag. Now I have four of them and would be willing to part with one if you need it.

7:30 Saturday night and no reports yet? Anybody go? Poster over on Gunboards claimed he was bringing a bunch of Finned Mosins and M39's, anybody see them. Think I am going to sit this one out. Have been kinda getting turned off by Chilhowee anyway

Get one now while you still can if you want one new. CZ is discontinuing the 452 line from what I have been reading on rimfirecentral forum.

Actually I am loading a 200gr lead bullet with 8.5gr of Unique and it is not bad at all for target shooting. The 200gr JHP with 12 gr Unique I load will get your attention, but is not not unpleasureable to shoot.

Here is my new (to me) CZ 452 with BSA 8x32x40AO scope. Picked rifle up off GB and got the scope from Grafs. Am going to make this my slihouette rifle. Cant believe how nice these 452's are. Previous owner did some trigger work and it breaks under 1lb. Now to find a 452 American.

Here is my Ruger Vaquero Bisley Model in 44 Magnum.

Been wanting a 1858 Remington. Unfortunately gun money for the month was spent on a CZ 452

if I was truly planning on dropping five or six hundred bucks, another $6 would not have stopped me, principal or not. -

I went couple of years ago and although it was a nice show I would not have gone back for second day even if it was free. I saw everything at least twice in about 45 minutes. -
Site is different than my M95 carbine in your first picture so I would say it is not one of the typical $100-150 Steyr M95. However I am pretty sure that the picture of the rifle the woman is holding is an M95.

They are going to be brought in. I read a post on the CMP forum last week that had a link to a story that they (Koreans) are taking bids right now. http://forums.thecmp.org/showthread.php?t=74211

What difference does it make as long as it gets your gun put back together. -

Go to youtube. There are a couple of videos on there that show how to reassemble a 22/45. I took the one apart I owned few years back. Spent hours trying to get it back together. Five minutes of watching the youtube videos and I had it put back together. You will be amazed how easy they make it look. -
Even looks to have a correct M38 stock instead of the M44 does it not?
