  1.   I can understand that, but if you can only do one MPH faster than the guy in front of you, just forget it.  Tying up the left lane for ten minutes isn't worth the psychically projected hate coming at you.  :0)
  2. Since we are on peeves... Semi Drivers.  Here I am kicking it down I40 at a respectable 78ish MPH, making good time and staying out of people's way who want to do 85.  It never fails, two semi's in the right lane.  The rear semi waits until I am within ten seconds of passing and they move on over to pass the semi in front of them.  Now, they don't pass with any urgency, no, the guy passing is doing 66 and the guy being passed is doing 65.  Why can't you do one of two things: speed up...or WAIT UNTIL I PASS!  I mean, I will only be there for five seconds.  No, we have to spend five freakin' minutes doing below the speed limit because you are an A'hole and can't wait five seconds.  I travel a lot, and on a typical drive to Memphis and back, this happens a dozen times. Grrr!
  3.   I don't want to get mixed up in this, but this isn't the typical internet forum.  We are a community and although it gets heated at times, respect should always be shown.  My opinion.
  4. I already see it with ar's, but I think ammo is a different story. I do hope you are correct.
  5. Yes, I share my birthday with Hitler and potheads. Yay.
  6. I've been wanting one of those for a while.
  7. Left lane hogs are a pet peave and I definitely move over for faster traffic. I also set my cruise at the speed limit when tail gated.
  8.   I take a similar tact.  Residential areas, I'm pretty strict on the speed limit.  Around town and on the interstate, I push it a bit.  If someone is riding my butt, I find the speed limit and set my cruise, relax and enjoy the ride.  :0)  I don't even worry about how pissed the idiot behind me is getting.  It's satisfying, really.
  9. That is always my fear when running fast through a mag.  Especially when I used to run full auto or burst.
  10. It will take a year to start saving money over renting, and then you have to worry about obsolescence. If you rent upgrades are included.
  11. You run a fine line when using Hitler as a comparison.  If there is a valid comparison, then an intelligent conversation should allow it.  However, some people use it in the same way they use "racism", to shortcut a valid argument.  It is similar to using a logical fallacy to bolster a weak position.
  12.   I had a really nice and shiny 1911 that was my only safe queen.  After scuffing it, I decided to trade it to someone who will care for it better than I.  Now all I have are tools, meant for field use and ready for battle.  They all have a purpose.  Not to say I won't pick up something pretty in the future, but that isn't my focus right now.
  13. Sorry I didn't know him. One day soon, science will conquer cancer. That will be a great day. I've lost people to that horrible disease.
  14. They have regenerative braking, but you can't have perpetual motion. You have to have induction of energy into the system to continue running. Some kind of power plant.
  15. Haven't seen them, but the ms3 goes both ways.
  16. And magpul sling attachment. http://store.magpul.com/product/MAG502/46
  17. I vote we let David have pick of sn. This place is because of him.
  18. Then it is within the realm of possibilities.
  19. To make all this possible, I think we'd need to mix in an economic collapse.
