Randy Knight(VP of Operations) just announced this week that they are lowering the time frame requirement to become a Nissan technician to 1.5 years instead of 2. After you have been there the year and a half you will be eligible to get away from Yates barring any written corrective action.

Noticed the modem went out a few times and cycled it this morning anyway. Just checked and the speed is about double what it was before.
