  1. Why should it have been flagged? He was hit a half second after he threw it.
  2. Try the nutella shake if you aren't full from the meal. Amazing
  3. Yes they have 7.62 ammo tins for napkin holders. I have never noticed a posting and I go quite often. Great place!
  4. They are an unarmed public. They will gladly do as they are told and shudder in place
  5. Not referring to the gun. The situation as a whole seems rather off. By inside job, I mean she may have been bought off to set everything in motion for domestic violence charge. that's why I was asking if that charge would make so it the person was unable to lawfully own a firearm.
  6. Can a person own a gun if they are convicted of domestic violence? If so, possible inside job?
  7. That kind of wartime would require congressional approval would it not?
  8.   When are you going to get the stamp and put a suppressor on it?
  9. One crisis away from a complete meltdown. Never forget that.

  13. Nissan in smyrna is hiring around 800 people for the new truck line. Starts at around 16/hr. Easiest money youll find around. Given your experience you could be hired on quickly. I was was working 2 weeks after my first contact with the career center.
  14. They responded to my pfd letter by phone first letting me know they had accepted. A few days later I got the original letter I had already received before I sent the pfd which stated what I owed except this time it had the contract from the gym so it was essentially a debt validation. It had not mention of whether they had accepted or denied my request. I called the agency and asked and she said that it was an automated response and that the pfd acceptance had been sent after that(never got it). So I should wait the remaining time from when I sent the pfd letter and then contact the credit bureau if I have nothing in writing?
  15. I feel your pain. When I was home from school a few summers my mother told me she saw a swarm of bees around the water main in the yard. Naturally I strolled out there with my wasp spray. Turns out they werent wasps or jackets, they were hornets and the spray didnt work. Ended up getting the exterminator out there in his suit. Painful experience. Glad your worked out haha
  16. All those inquries wont look good either will they?
  17. Wow I didnt think of a credit union. My score is around 640 with that open collection so having it removed would help me out with rates big time. I havent spoken with them in a few days now. Should I send a pfd letter once a month until they comply or just leave it until they reconsider? Iim not real sure what to say when they call at this point
  18.   Ive already taken all the steps through the pay for deletion letter. A rep contacted me and said that they had agreed to the request and would be sending a signed letter as I had requested. A few days later she called again and said that they would not be able to send the letter through the mail, only through fax or email. Regarding a small loan, the bank told me I could not take out any kind of loan with an open collection(Region).
  19.   Yes it is. Its actually a very weird situation. The original creditor and the collection agency are one in the same. National Fitness is does billing for a large number of gyms. Of course, this makes it easy for them to put things into collections. Just transfer it over to the next department!
  20. Cant they sue me if I tell them im not paying without that agreement mailed and signed?
