General question. This guy sees a driver who seems intoxicated. He follows her and when she pulls into a BP, or a liquor store depending on which story you read, he blocks her in. I'll give him kudos for getting a drunk driver off the road but should he have blocked her in? What if she rammed his car? What if she stepped out with a gun and started firing?
