  1. Going to the store to fondle guns, then buying them online generally isn't worth it, unless the gun is over $500. There's no doubt this happens, but I think more people end up buying on the secondary market. Thank Al Gore for the Internet and countless websites for buying and selling firearms and related items. I recently had two guns transfered through Guns and Leather. Not because I was trying to get a better deal or skirt the tax laws, but because Guns and Leather didn't have them. I get impatient, and I didnt want to wait 3-4 days for them to find out if they could even get them. While I was there doing the transfers, I bought some night sights, ammo (even though they didn't have what I really wanted), and a couple other things. All of which I could have found cheaper online. I was willing to pay a few extra dollars for the convenience of getting my hands on the items right away.
  2. I've had the same issue with the Vickers. When I purchased my first Glocks, I went with Glock's extended version. I've had no problems with it.
  3. This x100000000000000000000000000
  4. Must have been a striper.
  5.   Leave it to The Tennesseean to use black bear or wild hog as examples as to why this bill is needed. God forbid they use real threats such as crackhead thugs and ISIS sympathizers. http://www.tennessean.com/story/news/politics/2016/01/15/bill-allows-suits-over-gun-free-zone-incidents/78862948/
  6. I'm surprised at the lack of enforcement.
  7. If you're looking for a cheaper area to live that's about 30 minutes from Murfreesboro, I'd suggest going south on Highway 231 towards Shelbyville, or east on 24 towards Manchester. Maybe even take highway 70 towards Woodbury.
  8. Honestly, I cannot believe the government hasn't done something about this already. http://www.wsmv.com/story/30979552/more-gun-stores-doing-background-checks-for-online-sales
  9. Check with Leatherneck Tactical Holsters and Gear in Murfreesboro. I've used him for a custom truck holster. Very nice guy.
  10. Feel free to dump it in my trash can.
  11. This picture damn near made me shoot coffee out of my nose. Congrats, man!
  12. Have you considered venturing into the world of folders?
  13. Beautiful work.
  14. I was listening to a radio show, and if the winner of the $1.5 billion lived in New York City and took the lump sum option, they would walk away with a tad over $500 million, after taxes.

  16. How do two boats break down at the same time, far enough away from help, that close to Iranian waters? Something sounds fishy to me.
  17. If I were fortunate enough to win that kind of jackpot, my main focus would be on setting up several no-kill animal shelters all over the country. Then I'd gladly pay off politicians to pass much stricter laws pertaining to animal abuse.
  18. Breaking news, so details are slim.
  19. I know just about nothing related to IT, but I got a few chuckles from reading this thread. I know a guy who took online classes to become something in the IT field, and has managed to fake his way through it for the last few years. I was surprised to find out that he is still employed, considering his wife did quite a bit of the online work for him.
  20. Who is this?
