About 100 yards behind my house is a row of house's. One of them over the past 5 years would come outside and sit on their deck and watch toward my house. Not very much but enough for me to notice it from time to time. we do not get along with them and have not spoken in over 2 years since they tried to "develop" part of my property for me, and it took the police repeated requests for them to remove their equipment. The officer was not pleased with them when he left the third time. Now they decided to step it up a notch and went out and bought binoculars, and do not hide the fact they are looking. Any thoughts?

I live in Sweetwater but work in Loudon on 2nd shift and get off at midnight Monday through Friday. Driving home on hwy 11 every single da*n night for the past 2 months there is a silver saturn that comes up behind me somewhere in the trip that the headlight on the passenger side seems stuck on high beam and blinds the piss out of me since he rides my a$$. It knocks me out enough i had to set my side mirrors where i have to lean to see the road and its even over bright in the night setting on the center mirror. By the time he pass's i can not make out the tag number from the bright spot in my vision. Now being the law abiding person i am i'm doing the speed limit or 5 over and he screams past me the first passing area and has to be doing 50-60mph in a 30mph section we go through. Yes i could hang around work and leave a few mins later in hope of not having him behind me, but why should i make a hindrance on myself just for someone breaking the law. And after 8-12 hours at work i'm ready for home. Short of blocking the road one night and taking a tire iron to his headlight , what can i do to help this problem.

Found one in the 68 mustang i worked on years ago inside the springs in the bottom cushion on drivers side front seat. Its better to take the seat apart after all these years since it was very very very brittle.

Here let me fix that for you. Open carry with our HCP is allowed in Tenn. Please don't let the sheep confuse you, we do not have a "concealed" weapons permit in Tenn. We have a Handgun "Carry" Permit. I choose not to open carry but i also do not have to worry if it's seen since i'm legal either way.

Just had the same problems with a P32 (it's older brother) and it was a combination of two things. Open it up and check for wear spots and take some gun grease (or high temp wheel bearing grease) and spread it in the inside of the rails and on the wear spots. Then open the magazine and check the spring. Mine was three coils shorter then another one and twisted. Quick call to Kel-tec and i had a new spring and problems where gone. Feeds just like it was smeared with butter now.

Technically if they are in a private vehicle they can not be charged with public intoxication. But the standard is to get them out of the car to "question" them. Then they are in a public location and can be charged. I actually know someone that kept refusing to leave after the officer told him to walk home before his ride arrived after the driver got a dui. The minute after the officer forced him to start walking he arrested him for public intoxication.
