Me and the wife have been saving and wanted to make a smart investment in a few years. I wanted to buy into a franchise. She wants to buy and rent  properties.   Which isn't a bad idea cause I'm a good handyman after 10 years of construction. She is finishing up her masters degree and is very book smart.   She wants us to retire at 55 if possible.     Anyways I told her we should start with a couple of trailers, then move on to house auctions.  Do any of you guys have experience with rentals?   Is this a smart investment and should we even dip into the whole trailer thing?  No bank loans are going to be used. We are just going to use our savings for the long term investments and let it snowball.   

Do it on friday during rush hours.

I have a 2001 pc with 500mb of ram, 40gb HDD windows XP. It cant play media very well So ill just ask $100. J/k i couldnt do anyone like that. But thats the pc i use. My tablet is more powerfull.

well its not just games, ill turn down sex if the Titans are playing, if im tired, if I ate too much, if the walking dead is on, the nba finals, the superbowl. I have a big list of things that come before sex. And my wife is use to it. Women have a billion reasons too. So its all good.

Everything slowly fades away. The JFK shooting was also a big deal. But with time things dont seem as important as they did. 12 year old and younger kids have no feelings for 9/11. I wish i had saved news papers and stuff to reflect on.

Dvr cost extra. Basic cable imo. Is the best option for people on a budget that still wants cable.

I was at work ( building a house ) the neighbor came and told us what happened. I had to wait 6 hours til i got home check it out. We had no tv or radio on the job site.

I was on another message board once and someone made my connection to the site so slow that the web browser would time out.     I made 2 new usenames.  One of them I let everyone know who I was, 10 minutes later it did the same thing.  the other account I have been secret of who I am and it's been working just fine.    It's been 2 years and those usernames are still hacked to go slow.  the admin says he doesn't know whats going on but i call BS.    

Sounds cool, the new xbox will let you watch tv and instantly bring up your apps or internet on part of the screen while you keep watching tv. I like that cause I multi task while I watch tv. Does chromecast let you watch tv and do other things at once?

I know, if you send your kid to school with a snack like a chocolate cookie my childs school will not let them eat it. They told us is wasnt fair for other kids to to watch them eat it while they eat apples.

It shot perfect on my last visit to the range. Ill keep it cleaned and lubed and see how it does. Ill prob only shoot it once or twice a year. Its my nightstand gun. I feel better knowing it fired great last time.
