    I have pushed a few live primers out, a few did discharge, scared me good, I do not do it any more. Just use them for dry fire practice.

    I have checked a few myself and have found none that would. Just offer to pay the transfer on both ends if you really want the rifle, if the seller baulks there just might be something wrong and you do not want to get into that mess.

    I Pray you or any one else does not have to fire on another person, but if you do have the need, get a good lawyer. As far as using reloads, that has been hashed out a few times, do a search.
