Pay to go to a gym, why, go buy a good set of post hole diggers. Dig 10 holes, put the dirt back and move to a new spot. This will work your upper body well. To get you legs into the work out, dig the hole 4 feet deep. No I dont do this much any more, but in my younger years I did dig a few, best workout you can get.

    I gave you this advice in post #4 and yet you would not take the advice. I received bad points the first day I was a member, sent PM with a "sorry" and have enjoyed being here ever since. As far as I could tell I did not break any rules, if I remember it was a few pics that were in bad taste. We are a good group, we have fun, get together and shoot sometimes. I feel there are a few members here I could call on and get about anything I want.

My advice, just let it go.

I load with Titegroup, not a lot of diff between "lite" and "hot" load. You should load your firearm to what you would be using at the time you "need" it to defend yourself.
