That is a interesting statement. Before this election, I had no concern for peoples religion, ethicity, beliefs, etc. Now I see myself taking sides on issues I never previously had an issue with. I do feel as if this election is returning us as a country to the days of segregation. I can't imagine the divide if Obamalama pulls off a miracle. VERY SCARY.

This is a topic that makes my blood boil. When is it legal to call anything related to an individual ethnic group a hate crime? Why give the benefit of protection to one group, in this case, black people? To me this is reverse racism. Hang the white fella, or woman in this particula article, and its just an eye-sore.....Hang the black fella and all hell breaks loose. I call . If you call it a "hate crime" for one, call it the same for all. When the population grows and the white majority turns into a minority, will they be covered under affirmative action? For some reason... I suspect not.

Nope, not required in my book. A map and a compass and I will be fine. The female voice on the GPS giving the "turn right in 500m" might give away my position. This election seems to have evolved to another level. BHO, should he win will probably have a super-majority in congress. This will mean they will push everything through and up to his desk for immediate approval, no questions asked. Should BHO get elected, laws, judges, and life as we know it may swing wildly to the left. As for taxes, name me a Dem that "lowered taxes". I do not like John McCain, but am willing to vote for him because he is the lesser of 2 evils in this election cycle. Under a BHO administration I feel our military will be reduced to near nothiness, our 2nd amendment rights will equal that of the Brits, we will contribute billions to the corrupt UN, and the supreme court will be run by individuals more concerned about strife, rather than the constitution. Granted this is MY opinion and I love this country. When given a choice of a veteran or an activist, I will side with the veteran any day. I have seen the disorder and "rule of law" abroad and we have a good thing in this country. I do not wish to see that diminished. Right or wrong I will be voting for McCain this time around, since I didn't see Ted Nugent on my ballet.

I love reading the comments when someone gets a new toy. Between the "I would have done it this way" and "I'm jealous" comments, I simply laugh. Joe at Hero Gear recommended the pistol style grip, but I never liked the one I had when I was in the Army. I opted to just place my light, with a on/off switch on the aft end, right on the forearm. To me, thats the cleanest looking setup. Plus the forearm seems to have a menacing appeal to it. Mine will be a MBR (menacing black rifle) instead of the typical EBR (evil black rifle).

No, I'm not. I know I will be moving that light until I find its perfect spot. For now I mounted it there. Hey Reef, don't worry, you will be with me when I go out and shoot it the first time. I took alittle trip down to Winchester TN today and finally got to meet Joe, Dan, and one worn out little dog. After alot of indecision and "maybe I should or maybe I shouldn't buy it thoughts", I settle on these couple items. I decided to build my SBR now. I went with the Yankee Hill Specter upper. It has folding iron sights, GG&G in the back, and YHM in the front. I topped it off with my CompM3 (2MOA) Aimpoint sight. I strapped a 2-cell Pentagon light to the front. Joe tried to get me into all the cool guy add-ons, but I like my setups simple. (I guess I'm not "tacti-cool".) The Stock is a collaspable Tapco.
