Correct you MUST get a CONVERSION barrel due to different fitting requirements. Other than that it's pretty easy. As for the Glock, Lone Wolf makes a good economical barrel. Market correction. The gov't is just trying to spread out the pain. We had exponential growth, historic/record stock market highs more months, unemployment at record levels. That's actually a good looking holster. Maybe you could wrap the kydex in the front and eliminate the rivet to smooth out the design a little. Looks good.
