Absolutely not. I write and email a lot. Sometimes I get canned replies, sometimes the concern is addressed specifically, sometimes no response. Doesn't matter. I look at voting records to get my answer. Actions ALWAYS speak louder than words. Most people think it's a waste of time but look at all the things that have been changed (good and bad) due to popular demand.

Yeah its not cheap by any means. If you can roll it to the other room, get a couple of buddies, tilt it and put a 4 caster moving dolly under it. I reread your initial post and didn't catch you were just going to another room. If there are thresholds they layed a piece of aluminum over the thresholds to roll across.
