Holy Crap I just got my shipping notification!!!

I think that the fear of getting shot in the head makes a great deterrent for drunk driving.  If more people had the fear of instant justice they might think twice about getting behind the wheel.  No one can ever really know what they would do in a situation like that until it happens but I think that my actions would be similar.

If this is in the wrong place I am sorry.   Here is my scenario.  I went to Academy Sports on Thursday to get my sons their first shotguns.  I had called ahead of time and they said they had them.  When I arrive they only have one in stock but have more on the way.  I had my TICS done and purchased the one in stock shotgun and plan to get the other when it arrives.  While I have purchased many guns over the years I have never tried to purchase more than one at a time.  Is the TICS only good on the date it was ran or is there a certain window of time that it is valid?  Thanks

I ordered 12/27, they did email me to verify my credit card this week (my card expired while waiting for order to be filled).  Said Im getting close.  I personally am just happy that they are still trying to fill B/Os, many companies just cancelled them when the craziness started.

They have called off the search for his body, the area deemed to unsafe for rescue workers. On Fox News this morining they were showing live footage of them tearing the house down with a large crane. They gave neighbors 30 minutes to get anything they wanted out of their houses and evacuated them. Very odd and sad story.

We painted the wall with screen paint and it turned out great. You can also buy border tape to outline the painted are that both makes the room look better and it also stopped any overbleed of light on the wall.  The paint is not cheap but cheaper than a big screen.  One thing to note is that the finish on your wall needs to me smooth.  Any imperfections in the finish(nail pops, dents or chips) will show up.   Wall prep is the vital step.

Yep, I have been enjoying it too.  I would love to have attempted to do something like that when I was a bit younger.  I am guessing they dont take 41 y/o guys with a bad knee.

Not really sure why my comment was the one singled out.  I too do not give a rat's butt about when and where they show up.  I do however care if tax payers are footing the bill.  I didnt watch the show as previously stated and as riled up as the original poster was I assumed she was present.  I do think we have the right to bitch when our money is wasted, didnt see any one calling out the person who posted up about how much Big O's dog handler makes per year.  Same point I was making.

I dont watch awards shows because they are a waste of time so I had no way of knowing where she was.  If my comment makes us look like whiny losers your comment makes you look like a real prick.

I'm guessing the tax payers footed the bill for her trip out there and her outfit as well.

Sad but no surprise.

So he put in this bill more as “a general statement, as a guiding light of where we need to go.” Without sweating all the details."   He didn't want to "sweat the details" so they just threw in home inspections?  Total B.S.  It is become evident that 99% of the people sponsoring, signing and voting for anti-gun bills have no idea what they say because they don't read them.  It is pretty sad when a professed NRA hating Liberal has to be the one to speak up against this sort of thing.
