  1. Ok, got the HE507k-Gr X2 unmounted and the EPS Carry mounted on my P-365 Spectre. I ended up using the mounting plate that was included. I love the way it is way easier to clean the lenses. Haven't taken it to the range yet but Im sure it will be fine. It has the auto sensor on it that auto adjusts the brightness depending on the amount of light out. Now the big decision is whether to adapt the surplus 507 to another gun or sell/trade it on here? I'm leaning toward selling/trading as the 365 is my edc and just dont carry anything else suitable. I guess I could get my g45 slide milled and put it on that but i rarely carry it and it would just collect safe dust, lol. Anyone have a need for one?
  2. Ive done that more times than i can count! Congrats!
  3. Thanks. I have a small tear in one rotator cuff, but had a surgery to 'clean up' the shoulder. Dr said i may be able to avoid the cuff surgery. But pain is bad even after the surgery. He's done one actual surgery in Jan, then later in April they put me under to do a shoulder manipulation. Now he's saying another manipulation is called for. Oh and extensive PT between all of these. thats the one pain. the other issues is in the same arm, but in the lower part from the elbow to the hand. that one is neuropathy. They said I had a severely pinched nerve in my neck spine so surgery removed several vertebrae a year or so ago and replaced with titanium spacers. No change in pain at all. Dr said nerve may have been damaged so bad that pain wont stop. Most of the time either the upper arm/shoulder hurts or the lower neuropathic parts hurts or both. Ive been taking 800mg Gabapentin 4 times a day augmented by tylenol and ibuprofen, but as a diabetic, i need to not take as much so as to not damage my kidneys. I sure hope this works longterm. I was hurting really bad last night. Took 2 of the gummies snd didnmt sleep all that well but woke up this morning pretty much not hurting. I took another gummy this morning and will try another one before bedtime. Praying this works as pain doesnt make for a good quality of life.
  4. Does it last during the day too?
  5. Just got mine in. Do you take two at once or do you space them out? _im ready not to hurt.
  6. My cousin in Chattanooga tried to order a 2022 hrdrid Maverick, but when they stopped production on those he got swapped to an order for the 2023 XL version for around what you paid. Seems like he said a little less. He has his now and really loves it and gets great mileage. The prices sure go up quick when you start adding tech/the one I wanted was over 40k and im just not doing that. Plus they were adding 5k over invoice, just cuz they can.
  7. I'm sure someone can, but I do remember when they passed the bill to allow it, there was a provision that no new signage was required to be posted, due to monetary issues in that. But yes, that sure left things very murky for gun owners, the public, and heck, even many LEOs don't keep up with our arcane and convoluted gun laws. Juat scrap the laws that make it a crime to be constitutionally armed. that'd fix a LOT of issues.
  8. I believe you can now carry there unless school is there for some reason.
  9. Nice! I am in a position where I don’t NEED a truck, I just WANT one. Wife kinda wants my larger SUV so was gonna sell her smaller SUV and get neva truck. Finally decided on a fire maverick after seeing the prices on bigger trucks. The maverick is outrageous new and used. Plus dealers are adding 5k on top of sticker price just because. I decided to just keep my perfectly fine SUV.
  10. I have considered a headlamp too.
  11. I'm interested if Ballen don't take them.
  12. I think Im ordering the Warrior 3S from Olight.
  13. I got an email ad from Cloud Defensive about their lights yesterday. I didnt see it mentioned above but they offer a trade allowance on their lights. The ad said you can trade in ANY old light towards purchase of one of their new ones. If I remember right you can get 100 for your old weapon light or 50 for a regular light. That sure makes them more affordable for sure. Oh and they also give a 20% discount for vets and LEOs, active and retired. Probably cant stack the the trade-in and the discount but not sure about that. Im considering that light now.
  14. The Scene. Seriously? They are as left as you can get. Ok maybe they fairly report on music or good places to eat. NPR is also left leaning. And ole Plil almost always has an agenda, just look at his recent hit piece on guns for example.
  15. I got the last one in setting the mag and maglula on a firm table to i could use a little more force. But I did notice that I couldnt get it to seat in the gun with a round still chambered.
  16. Pleanty of folks watched Tucker and liked him too.
  17. Thanks, man. I'll give them a try.
  18. This? and online or is there a store that sells it? https://www.diamondcbd.com/products/yum-yum-gummies-cbd-full-spectrum-extra-strength-gummy-bears-3500mg
  19. Not sure if Op found his flashlight yet, but I've found this thread to be both interesting and fulfilling. I'm still looking for my light though. Here's some preferences: Rechargeable, Tailcap ON/OFF and momentary on/off switch, second button on body for cycling though different options like strobe, etc, high 100 plus lumen and/or high candella (not sure i understand or appreciate the difference, I also like being able to turn the lens end to adjust from a tight focus to a wider area beam. I liked all of the features on my olight Warrior except the potential of burning my house down. Does anyone know if that is a risk with other olights? I'm looking at the Olight Warrior 3s, which has a proximity sensor that reduces the power and then shuts down when the lens is very close to something, so it wont be hot enough to start a fire if it were to come on in the sheath. They've offered me a 15% discount if I do buy one.
  20. Can you recommend a specific brand and where you buy them?
  21. Stop sending big bucks to Ukraine and funding Bidens tax gouging spending on green crap.
  22. I keep reading that on the internet so it must be true, lol. Seriously, I dont disbelieve it, but before I do it I want to talk to someone who uses cbd for nerve pain and see if it really does help. Also there are different kinds and brands and of course, everyone thinks or says their brand is best.
  23. A while back, I was shopping for 15 round mags for mine and found some, I think it was from Larry potterfields online store. Anyway, I bought several as they were cheaper than I’d seen anywhere, plus on top of that I had a coupon from free shipping. So a week later I was at my lgs and noticed he had some on the wall. When I asked how much he told me and they were significantly higher than I paid. I like to support my lgs’s but Lordy. I told him what I paid and he said that my end price was cheaper than he could buy them from the sig distributor, much less what he had to sell them for to make a small profit.
  24. I wondered where that went! Wonder if I can claim it st the police dept? kidding, don’t smoke anything. But if they legalize it, I may try gummies or other edibles for nerve pain. I have it in my left arm and hand and it can be agonizing sometimes. Hurts pretty much all the time but sometimes really bad.
