  1. You may also buy a type 167 Senior Sportsman License to cover those locations that require special daily permits.  Unfortunately, it costs $41.00 a year.
  2. Just tried again.  Here is what showed up prior to adding my Pay Pal info:    Your order summary DescriptionsAmount TNGunOwners.com LIFETIME Benefactor…TNGunOwners.com LIFETIME Benefactor Membership$150.00 Item number: 1763 Item price: $150.00 Quantity: 1 Item total $150.00 Total $150.00 USD What am I doing wrong?
  3. Made my annual renewal 8/21/13.  Just attempted a lifetime renewal.  Did not receive credit for the $35.00 I paid two days ago.  I want to proceed with the life membership but need help.
  4. Welcome to TGO.  I lived in Canton many years ago.  Spent more than a few days fishing the St. Regis and hunting in the Tupper Lake area.
  5. How much professional liability insurance does 199trust.com carry?
  6. Short answer.... Yes.   If you have an available PCI E slot and a 5v power connector from the PC power supply you can use something like this:   http://www.amazon.com/Anker%C2%AE-Express-Connector-Desktops-Chipset/dp/B005ARQV6U/ref=sr_1_15?ie=UTF8&qid=1376161995&sr=8-15&keywords=usb+3.0+boards   If you don't have an available PCI E slot you may be able to replace, if they are on a removable board, the 4 slots in the back with a 3.0 board.   HP may be able to help.
  7. Looks like excellent quality.  Personally, I would go for the Model 758.  More versatile and has a body/sweat guard. Plus, I don't don't like retention straps.
  8. Was the Remington manufactured prior to January 1,1899?  If so, it may qualify as an antique and not be considered a firearm subject to BATFE transfer rules.
  9. CCI SV 40gr LRN   5.49/Box of 50   As of 1300 24 July, good while supplies last or until 2400 25 July.
  10. http://news.investors.com/ibd-editorials/070513-662691-epa-pushes-refrigerator-smart-grid-connections.htm
  11. "Another question, is there any way I can give a friend or two unfettered access to NFA items I have access to?"   I created a NFA trust and transferred ownership, on a Form 4, all my NFA items acquired prior to the trust creation date to the newly created trust.  My Trustees have access to all trust assets.   Yes, at $200.00 a pop, it was expensive.
  12. Check cashed 12/4, pending 12/20.  Approved 5/10. F4 Trust.
  13. I have made more than one E-bay purchase exceeding $1,500.00. All three were fast and without problems. My E-Bay transactions are paid by my Master Card via Pay Pal,in this manner I have double protection.
  14. Honda.   I have two 2000 watt Honda EU 2000i's.  They can be run in parallel to provide 3200 watts of continuous service and weigh 46 pounds each. The Honda 3KW (2800 watts continuous) weighs 134 pounds. I modified a 6 gallon outboard fuel tank to feed both generators for 24 hours plus of run time.   Yes, they are expensive.  Total delivered Internet cost was just under $2000.00. You get what you pay for.  Try carrying on a conversation standing 6 feet from a $300.00 Champion special.
  15. Interesting.  Guess I can't fly.  My DL does not have a photo and is valid until 2016.  I vote with either a passport that expired in 1972 or my HCP.
  16. I believe Federal law requires the building be posted at each public entrance.
  17. I have a pair of Uberti1858 Remington replicas with .45LC conversion cylinders.  They work very well.
  18. Here is what New York State has to say about BP revolvers.  New Jersey law is similiar.  Don't know about other anti states.   Are antique handguns subject to the same laws as those applied to modern handguns? The Penal Law definition of antique firearm is generally applied to muzzle loading black powder firearms, but also applies to pistols or revolvers "that use fixed cartridges which are no longer available in the ordinary channels of commercial trade". Muzzle loading pistols or revolvers do not have to be registered on a pistol permit if the owner never intends to fire them. If they are possessed in a loaded condition or are simply possessed simultaneously with the components necessary to make them fire, they must first be registered on a valid pistol permit. Note: Should a manufacturer begin to produce ammunition for a pistol or revolver for which ammunition had not been available previously, that weapon no longer meets the criteria of an antique weapon and is required to be registered. A pistol or revolver, regardless of age, when possessed with the ammunition necessary to make it discharge, is required to be registered.
  19. Dan Wesson V-Bob, .45ACP Dan Wesson Guardian, 9mm or .45ACP If you can find them.
  20. Liability insurance as in bodily injury liability $100,000/$300,000?   Yes.
  21. "What if there was someone that didn't have insurance riding with me? That could get expensive quick."   He/she sues you.  Again, that is why you carry liability insurance.
  22. Take the minimum required, if any.  Your liability coverage will pay (up to your policy limits) bodily injury claims for which you are found to be liable.
  23. Your uninsured/underinsured  motorists coverage for bodily injury is too low.  Think in terms of being severely injured by a hit and run and/or uninsured driver.  You are unable to work for 10 years and have continuing medical expenses that may or may not be covered (if you still have it) by your health insurance. $25,000.00 won't go very far.  Purchase the max your insurer will offer.
