Yeah. I don't drive anything I could trade even for an original Swiss P210. I'm just looking for something fun to shoot. Those old ones are a work of art for sure.

Thanks! Did you handle it? Does it seem to be of high quality? Anybody here have a suggestion of another current production 9mm target pistol I should be looking at as well? (Before you type it, I'm sure your Glock is awesome, but I do not want one.) I wish Smith and Wesson still produced the 952. I'd love one, but they've become quite the unicorn.

I bought my first one because I heard Obama say I didn't need one. The fastest way to get me to do anything is to tell me I can't.

Best answer I can come up with. I didn't care for them either. I still don't like the way the look. I've bought em, built em, tinkered with em, ect. I've yet to shoot one that wasn't as accurate as any bolt rifle I've ever fired. I've also yet to fire one that wasn't 100 percent reliable. Think of them as tinker toys for adults. YOu can take em apart, put em back together, and dress em up any number of ways to suit your fancy.

Does anyone here have one? Is a new one available at a gun store anywhere in Middle Tennessee? I think I'd like one. I'd love to hear your opinions.

Fair prices?

Gotcha. I thought I knew him better than that. Thanks.

I'm almost sure I've misread this thread, but here are the two conclusions I can come to: 1)Taking my dog in Walmart=I'm a jerk Taking my dog in Home Depot=I'm Cool or 2)Taking my dog in a store=I'm a jerk You taking your dog in a store=You're cool

Surely you had your cell phone handy for a video.

I wish you could still kick someone's asz when they've earned it. That would take care of a lot of our social ills.

Yes sir.....and the majority of the BS you seem to find is located in one place.

Gordon, I have noticed a trend. Care to guess what it is?

After a cursory survey, I have determined I do not need or want to stockpile anything new in case Newtown is replayed. I expect most folks here are in the same position. In case you are not, you may want to get down to the local gun store and stock up, because it looks like rough times ahead.

Everybody make it through the bad weather last night?
gregintenn replied to Grand Torino's topic in General Chat
I think the worst of it went north of us, into Kentucky. I went to an equipment auction yesterday, and was afraid I'd lose a boot walking around in the muck. I can't imagine what that lot looks like today. -
Same difference my friend. I once heard a guy say "The harder I work, the luckier I get". Keep up the good work.

David, I've never listened to a podcast, but that sounded like a very interesting proposition. I am looking forward to hearing more. You are a very talented man.

Trump urges ban on 'bump stocks,' other gun modifiers
gregintenn replied to The Legion's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
The BATFE wrote an opinion in direct opposition of yours. I'd rather have a shake weight than a bumpstock for my own use, but this proposed ban is just one more step in the direction of banning all guns. Just a wild guess here, but don't be surprised to see a shooting in the not too distant future where the shooter has an ar15 pistol with a brace. You eat an elephant one bite at a time. It is against the law to kill people. I've not heard that mentioned one time since the shooting.
