  11. New gun take off. I am converting a Palmetto State Armory 11.5 inch pistol to a rifle. I bought the gun new and have never fired it. 12. It doesn't really feel like a small truck while driving it. I went from an F-150 that I bought new in 2009 to the Maverick. The hood is squared up and the truck feels much wider than it looks. I have owned two new Ford Rangers in years past and the Maverick feels like it has much more room than a Ranger. The only complaint that I have so far is engine noise. It just seems to me that the turbocharged 4 cylinder engine has more whine to it than 4 cylinders that I have owned it the past. That being said it is a powerhouse. If I accidentally step on it too hard it will definitely spin the tires. I am 5' 11" and have plenty of headroom with my hat on. The backseat clears my knees with about 4 inches to spare. It is plenty comfortable for 4 people. I have hauled two new boxed up recliners in the back. Also an oak desk and a 10" step ladder. If you don't really need a truck but then again sometimes you do, this might be the answer.
  13. You are right. I bought a set of take offs from a new XLT Maverick. That look better?
  14. I just broke down and bought a new small economy truck. New Ford Maverick. 250HP EcoBoost, Automatic, Air, Electric Windows and Locks, Remote Start. 1,500 LB Payload. Less than $25,000 out the door with all taxes and fees included. I never buy used vehicles because I got a few with problems when I was younger. So, with me retired now I could not afford a new $50,000 truck. I've had this one 10 months now and so far am happy with it.
  15. I would grab it. Heck at that price for a new one, I would buy a second one. I just bought mine because I had a lot of 7.62 x 39 ammo and Mini 30 mags. I also bought one of the new Ruger American Predator rifles with the 18 inch barrel in .308. I just like bolt guns with short barrels.
  16. I've got one but never shot it. I got an email today that grabagun.com has them back in stock. $569 if I remember correctly. People on rugerforum.com say they are very accurate.
