Walmart likely loves their competitors buying up their ammo to resell - at least in the short term.  Look at the prices in the OP, compare them to Walmart's "everyday low prices" and they see a lot more customers when all of this stuff dies down.

The Grumman exhibit at the Naval Air Station is second to none.   If you're already at the Naval Air Station, Fort Barrancas is a couple of hundred yards from the museum.  It's worth a look, as is Fort Pickens a little further out in Gulf Islands National Seashore.

    We fish not too far from there. We go out of Steinhatchee and Keaton Beach a lot. Good people down there.   Come late summer, we love to go scalloping down there. We usually head down about 3 times a year. The economic downturn has been especially rough on those folks.   Make sure you take a flounder gig.

Fair enough, I guess.  Just don't go ordering them down in Savannah, GA.  When they bring them out with the heads on and the legs still attached, there's no denying that shrimp, despite the fact that they are tasty, really are bugs.

How do you get around classifying a shrimp as a bug?

I like to cut a cube-pattern on the tail - about 1 inch squares - almost all the way through.  Cover it with barbecue sauce appropriate for wild game - your choice, and throw it on the grill.   Yummy.

Just a word to the wise... it's worth having a conversation with your spouse about things that are appropriate to put in the disposal, and things aren't appropriate.   Potato peels from the better part of a whole bag of potatoes - not appropriate.

Keep it covered.  Stay out of bars.   Have fun.  They're growing some big pigs down there.

Tell me. Like I said, I appreciate him backing out while it was still easy. It wouldn't have been pretty if they had waited, and I'd dare say it would have had a lasting effect on their reputation.

Well... We've had a setback on this. The company that originally approached us about doing it has backed out. I'm frankly pretty glad that the owner of the company showed his character now before we sent him a $25,000 check. We were literally about to open up the payment page for everyone to fulfill their orders when they backed out. So, better now than after we started collecting people's money. This should just be a temporary setback. We've had a couple other manufacturers reach out to us after seeing the interest. We'll see if we can't line another one up. I'll keep everyone apprised.

Make sure someone lets us know if "Joe" gets sent to Guantanamo.
