Anyone have one or shoot one? I carry a g33 about 1/2 the time but it is the only Glock I own and will likely ever own. I like the M&P's pretty well. Thinking of selling the 33 and getting a compact and then later a full size. I already have a 9mmPro that I've done a few classes with & I like the way it fits and points. thanks, Mark

2 moderately paced well aimed shots before the slide racked and the sights decently on target... Sigs are designed to carry with a round in the chamber and the hammer down. I've seen sigs loaded and carried correctly hit hard pavement and not go off. I submit that due to the time and extra moves needed that empty chamber carry is more dangerous. Mark

Nicemac, I'm a very recent Giraud convert and fan boy. I was using Forster stuff in a drill press but it was kind of a pain and a little dangerous to the fingers. I really like this unit. it is true that it is a bit high but you can really move with it. With the quick caliber changes it is easy to move to a different caliber. Disclaimer here: I only own one caliber set up right now but I exchanged e-mails with lots of folks that do it. The Gracey kit is pretty nice and with our resident expert offering to show you how to build one that would be a very attractive option. Like most here I value dlm's knowledge and advice a lot. You seem to be pretty close to me. Please feel free to give me a shout and come see one in action. Mark

Brian, thanks for the fairness that you seem to show here. Is there any info in the data that shows how much of the crime was committed by citizens of other states? It seems like I remember reading a few years back that Tennessee carries a large part of the regions interstate traffic. I'm curious if that could be a factor. mark

Yes, it will probably mostly be about the box. As far as the price, about $1 per round seems pretty std for premium self defense ammo.
