    Snubbies..

Nice collection. But I see a problem there. 13. That's a dangerous situation. You should send one, your choice, to me to reduce the danger of bad luck from that bad number.
  2. The problem here is that Sharia is more than a set of laws for moral behavior; it also binds the faithful to the political and governmental structure of Mohammad and Islam. Not only does it decree that the faithful follow the rites of "honor killings" and wife beating; it is at the heart of the tenaments of Islam. Treatment of infidels, the non-believer, is proscribed, including the expansion of Islam to all the world by force if necessary. I know this isn't well phrased, but look up Sharia Law. It is quite troubling if you believe the Islamic faithful are moderate and peaceful.
  3. Yes, a beautiful holster. I really like it. Do you do any to sell? With looks like that and that finish color...Wow.
  4. Auto-full load and one chambered. D/A or DAO revolvers- full load always.

    Snubbies..

Like a lot of guys here, I prefer autoloaders, but have been coming back to snubbies and medium frame revolvers for fun basically. I do have a couple of Chiefs Specials. One from my father-in-law, and one of my dads old guns. Shoot them occasionally, but wouldn't part with them for the sentimental value. For range use I have a stainles Smith Model 66 that is a pleasure to shoot. Even found a nice current production Colt Agent that I just had to have. Now I'm thinking that I'd let it go and pick up another Smith...maybe a 617 in 4". I do find that i'm more accurate, at least in range shooting, with the revolvers than some , if not most of my autos.

    That's right.

The 40 is already available. Sawseveral at the Murfreesboro show last weekend. Sorry, I didn't check them out though, I was looking at the new Ruger 22/45 with the threaded barrel.

That's good to hear. I have yet to get any range time with mine. I've been shooting 45 and 22 when I last went to G&L. Been dryfiring to breakin the trigger and getting used to the reset. Hope to get it out in the next few days.
  10. Also sent pm with email address. Also interested.
  11. Good man. Seeing everone helping out a fellow shooter like that is the reason I like it here.
  12. Amen, my brother.
  13. I have about a dozen Beretta mags but they're 10/15 round. All older mags. I guess I should look to find some 20's or maybe go for a glock unit while I can get the 32 mags. But really i should just be content with what I've got and move on. I've got the hots for a suppressed ruger now and have found that Ruger is now offering a model with a threaded barrel and that's got me to thinking of threading the 10/22 i recently found. It just never seems to end. More and more toys...
  14. Get the forms for D&T, fill out all you can yourself, and ask nicely for their help. I wouldn't think it should be that difficult. At least check out the possibilities with D&T. I've made a few purchases from them and found them to be very helpful. To my way of thinking, as a former business owner, helping a customer with a claim for should fall under good custoomer relations and service.
  15. Great! I'm envious. I paid more for mine, unfortunately. I got one for Berrtta mags since I had a bunch of them. Really wish I'd gone with the glock anyway.
  16. Recently acquired a Pro Carry II as well, so far none of the kimber horror stories. I used 2 Kimber mags and several Wilson Combat PN7D mags with it. However I did have John Wall at Eastside Gun Shop, where I bought it, go thru it first and he cleaned it thouroughly and checked out the gun for issues. He did remove and inspect the extractor, filing a "hair" off he said, and I'm pleased with it so far.
  17. Ditto. Although the 92/92 series was not a favorite of mine; too big and heavy for my small to medium size hands; I never found a round it wouln't feed. And I've used some really cheap, crappy reloads and import ammo for range time. I've used the 124 gr. Federal in several guns and have no issues with it. Even with the reliability of the Beretta, I'd suggest trying several brands and weights to see if yours does any better with a particular one before buying a "truckload." Then pick what you and the Beretta like and stockpile whatever you feel comfortable with. Personally, I keep more than some on hand and less than others here. Good shooting to you.
  18. Yeah, I know. Congrats. I got to stop spending so much time at Bill's, it's not healthy for me. I told mywife I was trying to sell off guns, but I keep bring in more than goes out. Somewhat your fault as well, I think, Magic.
  19. I'd recommend checking with John Wall at Eastside Gun shop at 615-258-4080. he's done some work for me and I've been very satisfied. My jobs have been on autos so I can't say what he'd ask for yours.
  20. Thanks for the report. I've been curious about the SD line but haven't held or shot one yet. Have a chance coming up to check one out and I'll keep your comments in mind.
