  1. There's a 20" Bushmaster listed in the classifieds at a very reasonable price. I think it has a fixed carry handle, though.
  2. Where are you shooting tomorrow? I could drop my firing pin in it or try my lower with your upper and see what happens.
  3. Safeties are overrated. I wouldn't trust my life to a Taurus. I carry a Glock 23 and would consider an XD as well.
  4. Glock 26+33 round magazine=win!
  5. I have 124gr Gold Dot in my XDm 9. I would have got 124gr +P if I could have found it.

    Sig ARs

    Meh.
  7. Guns & Leather has (had?) one of those sitting in their shop. I can't see dropping that kind of change on it, but it's definitely awesome!
  8. The second one you quoted has to do with criminal charges.
  9. The gas key doesn't look properly staked. I don't know my exact round count, but somewhere around 1500+ and I've never had any failures besides the bolt not holding open on the last round once.
  10. I'll play. 16" Bushmaster w/ Trijicon ACOG TA31F.
  11. IT Systems Technician. Primary job function: educate stupid people. Secondary job function: fix broken computers.
  12. Up to you. I can come out and let off a couple rounds. I wouldn't mind seeing that Strikefire in action.
  13. I have a Trijicon ACOG. It's not a red dot so I'm not sure that's what you're looking to compare it to. TA31F 4x32.
  14. Exactly. Brandishing with no intent to actually fire your weapon will get you killed. Brandishing when you are not authorized to use deadly force will get you thrown in jail. Just make sure when you pull it out you have good reason to use it and full intent to use it if needed.
  15. Bushmaster does have a commercial spec tube. The UBR ships with its own proprietary buffer tube. I don't have one, so I can't offer any insight as to how good it is. Drop their buffer tube on and it'll work fine on your rifle.
  16. All of my holtsers are Kramer Leather (two cowhide for Glock 23, one horsehide for my 1911). They have very good retention, there is no need for a retention strap.
  17. Hmm, my 10/22 needs one of those.
  18. That's a purty rifle.
  19. Ruger Mark III AR-15 setup as a DMR 10.5" barreled AR-15 Hero Gear 1911 Marlin 336W
  20. I live in West Nashville, I drive to the Montgomery County range more than I go to the one in Antioch. They have benches there, but they will let you shoot prone if you want. They are fairly laid back as long as you are safe.
  21. I just walked by there, they are posted. The letters were very small so I didn't check to see if the signage was legal. We know how they feel about RKBA and I wouldn't want to give them any business.
  22. I don't know if they're posted, but here's their number: 615.742.7256
  23. Shoot it! It's a shame to own a gun that never gets shot, that's what they were made to do. I don't want to buy it, but I'd love to have something old like that.
  24. I bought my AR from there. It doesn't seem much like a gun shop, I didn't see anything on display. He just went in the back and grabbed the box to show to me. I got a fairly decent price on it the week before the election. Nice guy to deal with too.

At least your foot escaped unscathed. Stay safe.
