I've got a 1/9 twist barrel so I use the 62gr TSX. Killed two deer with it and it left an exit wound both times.

I've got a 9" 1:7, planning on filing paperwork for SBR soon.

Finally got my 300 Blackout build done, after ruining one upper and having to buy another from trout. Apparently the barrel extension pin needed a good whack with a hammer and punch. It was contacting the threads on my barrel nut and malformed them, which then malformed the receiver threads. Thanks a lot AAC.

  AAC comes with gas tube and low profile gas block. Also I ordered a 9", shortest one on ARFCOM was 14.5".       $3600 is a steal!!  :woohoo:

Let's get this thread on track.   AAC has 15% off barrels and uppers until 12/6: http://www.advanced-armament.com/ Gave up on the Noveske barrel and got a 9" AAC.

First batch came out just Ok. Brewing another today.

  Nothin wrong with putting a Gold Dot on top of that either.
