    We have two Chattanooga DL stations. I applied for my first permit at one, and a renewal at another, and was treated well at both locations.

    It's looking better at Chattanooga Walmarts. I saw 40 Blazer Brass in Hixson on Jan 14, and I picked up 200 rounds of 40 BB at the Signal Mtn Walmart today. SM Walmart is well stocked with 40 and 45 BB as of Jan 15, 2009.

    After the big TVA ash spill, hows your water? Anybody have any problems? Is it a real disaster, or a media made non-event? I'd like to know before it gets all the way down to Chattanooga.

    Today's classifieds in Chattanooga list THREE Marlin 30/30s for sale. I've never seen three simultaneously offered in the want ads. Hunting season must be over!

    Carry a GLOCK. Don't worry about it if it gets wet. Just clean and dry and oil when you get home, and it will be fine.

    I was at the Lafayette, GA Walmart today (Jan 10). I got their last three boxes of 40SW and a couple of 9mm. They still have some 9mm, and some large 250 round boxes of .45 (UMC). Battlefied Parkway Walmart was cleaned out.

    Yup, that's the one. Also, dropped in the Signal Mtn Walmart today (Jan 8), all was gone except for some .22 and one box of .45 ammo. BUT, lots of 30/30 rifle ammo at $12.97 for 20. Not bad if you shoot 30/30.
