  1. The town the OP has in her profile has about 1300 people in it. This is also part of the problem. The guys probably have been coon hunting like this for 30 years. I think that's why involving people outside of the local area is a good idea. If they a buddies with the local TWRA officer, he will not want to lose his job. There are federal fish and game officers. That town is close to KY.
  2. Some cell cameras have gps location tracking. A picture will be sent to you phone just after the picture is taken. While the police may not arrest them, they will be under a bunch of pressure from everyone that pays their salary to stop. If they see the camera, they will destroy or take it. If they take the camera, you're golden. Use an air tag in each one. You'll want some cameras brushed in though. If they take a camera that normally doesn't have GPS, but dose have an air tag, they have committed crime that can be documented. Hopefully they take it home with them. If you use one for bate, make sure it's an older one without cellular service. The TWRA will also set cameras out for you if you give consent. If the local officer is not helping, call his LT. If that doesn't work call Nashville...every day...7 days a week.
  3. I ran ARCA for several years and switched to a clamp that takes ARCA and Picatinny. I've watched too many guns slide of an ARCA clamp when someone puts the trypod over their sholder. RRS has a ARCA with a safety on it that's cool, but if you're looking at a Bog Pod the RRS isn't on your radar.
  4. Get pictures. Send them to everyone in TWRA, local law enforcement, and Fire department. Make sure his captain gets it. Post it on the fire departments facebook page. Any Facebook page for the local area. Have their truck towed if it's on your property. This is all assuming you have told them not to hunt your property. Cell cameras will be invaluable for this.
  5. Short action magnum bolt face. Bolt head is removable so you can set it up however you like. Full length integrated rail. New unfired, but has had a barrel threaded on. Columbia or South Nashville depending on the day you want to pick it up.
  6. Action is brand new. Has magnum bolt face. Short action. Perfect for that 6.5 PRC you've been wanting. Bolt head is removable so you can set it up with a standard bolt face. Includes all paperwork, barrel nut, trigger hanger, and wrench. Columbia or South Nashville. Light weight
  7. Going on 8 hours with 15 people in my house. I'm done. LOL
  8. I got a bunch of boxes for the burn barrel. LOL
  9. 1301 is a fantastic shotgun.
  10. I have a 5 gallon bucket full of once fired mix brass.
  11. My mother in law had a neighbor that died and it wasn't reported. The people in the house kept collecting the social security checks for months. The body was in the home the entire time. Happened in Maury co.
  12. I've got a 14.5 870 that's my favorite shotgun. It has a stamp with it so..
  13. Dang!
  14. It's a 100% required piece of kit though. I couldn't imagine not having one.
  15. No trypod is as accurate as a bench. We have killed coyotes at 500ish yards at night in Texas though.
  16. I'll tell you this....conventional shooters will tell you to set up the trypod so you stand upright. No leaning over at all. This is the most accurate way to shoot from a trypod. If you ever hunt anything that will attack you, it's a bad idea. Always have it set up so you can shoot 3 foot in front of you if needed. I've been there more than once. LOL
