  1. Who left the gate open? That dead horse just wandered in. :ugh:   Can "Jade Helm" be far behind?
  2. Sounds like your father did a damn good job. I was born in 46, it was a much different world back then. :pleased:
  3. I have a Polish AK-47 nice gun 7.62x39 milled. Your welcome to take a look if your close, you know where I'm at. PM me, I'm not looking to sell it.
  4. Reply to btg96r     My post http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/89881-lenior-city-traffic-stop/?p=1294964 agrees with you, where we disagree is the fact we are only getting one side of the story. The biker didn't present a threat, is only seen thru the eyes of the camera and what the Biker had to say. Until we get the LEO side of the story it's hard to say why he felt a need to disarm him.
  5. From another website from btq96r. "Just so we can see how others feel about this, let me share some comments from a local gun centric website where I first saw this video. Two of the three were cops, all are older gents in their 60's, with two (one LEO, one non LEO) being Vietnam vets...obviously, there is still a lot of work on this issue". I guess I'm the "non LEO, older gent", 68 soon to be 69 to be exact, can you explain what being a Vietnam vet has to with this? Maybe you can also explain..."obviously, there is still a lot of work on this issue".     Also, I agreed the LEO made a dumb move. (post #53http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/89881-lenior-city-traffic-stop/?p=1294964) which you left out along with over half of that post when you put it up on the other site. I don't care that you copy an paste my posts to another site. I just don't like the fact that you used only part and that changed the context of the post. :2cents:
  6. If it's the same story, it was run on "Fox news" and their own reporter in Baltimore was the one that broke the story. Then the woman came on saying that she saw the whole thing.
  7. I agree, he had no problem taking pictures of everything else. Why not the item that caused the stop? I don't think it was right for the cop to grab the gun, like that, but I think we are only getting one side of the story. Just like the poor unarmed black kid that was shot at the auto dealer, he didn't do anything either, he was another good boy shot down by the police, for doing nothing. Until we see the security cameras in the parking lot.    Dave is right in the  post above. If you feel you have a case against the cop, take him to court. Just because your all butt hurt that he disarmed you like that, is no reason to try him on the net, with only your side of the story. If that was me being disarmed like that I would think twice about OC. That is a darn good reason to CC. :2cents:
  8. Welcome, nice rifle. You will need more ammo, that thing will be a blast to shoot.
  9. I have to agree with you, I think Carly will move to the "A- Team" after tonight. I could see her as veep.
  10. I guess you have never seen a wine tasting on the south side of Chicadisuh on a Friday night.
  11. It would make a great campaign poster
  12. You have a few on that list I won't waste money on because their hypocrites. But, none compare to the traitor Lady Jane except maybe John Kerry.
  13. To each his own. I don't feel I missed anything. I really liked Cat Ballou, I saw it before I went in the Army and went to Nam. Sorry, but I just can't stand to look at her and promised myself never to see any movie she is in. I never saw Coming Home, to put Hanoi Jane in a movie about Viet Nam vets is the biggest slap in the face anyone can give a person that served in Viet Nam. She was the darling of the war protesters, no one made her go to Hanoi and mug for the pictures on that AA gun.    If you think she is a great actress, that's your opinion. I think she is a piece of :poop:. Just my :2cents: .
  14. The only reason Cat Ballou was any good was Lee Marvin and his drunken horse. Hanoi Jane wasn't never more then a 2 bit actress living off her father's name.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cz6fKjtQ1zI
  15. Midway airport and Southwest air in to Nashville. :2cents:
  16. Your right and I put her on the ever growing list of "people I have no use for and will never spend a dime on" :puke:
  17. So I guess I'm supposed to know who Amy Schumer is? I don't, and I don't care. :snore:
  18. It's very similar to the M-223. I have the Nikon M-223 on a Savage Hog Hunter 223 and it's hard to beat for the price.   I agree with you about the Nikon P-22 and I did take a hard look, but the $30 rebate sealed the deal on the Bushnell as it ended up being $120 - $30 out the door with free shipping. The Millett mount is not bad for the money and for a M&P 15-22 it looks to be a nice setup and didn't break the bank. I hope to zero it sometime this week. Thanks to all that replied.
  19. Scope came in yesterday, looks good, nice scope for the money. I got the Millett scope mount also. With a $30 rebate from Bushnell, it's a hard deal to beat. Maybe a 4.5-18x40 with a .223 BDC will be on order next, before the rebate ends.   http://www.millettsights.com/tactical-hardware/Scope-and-Cantilever-Mounts/
  20. Nice, I've been trying to stay away from them, as I have a G26 that I really like. Let us know how it shoots.
