    KAHR 45

I never could get mine to like semi wad cutter ammo. I'll let you in on a secret, and that is that almost every holster for a Glock 9mm/40/357 will work fantastic for a Cw 45.
  2. Plus P 45acp in a Glock 21 is nothing to worry with. You still will not hardly feel the recoil nor experience any excessive wear.
  3. You better buy a Shield for $329, new or used!

    Glock Issue

No, that sounds like the right RSA. Glock does not recommend oil on it. Honestly, it proabbly is not seating correctly.
  5. It is hard to beat that versatility! I have been eyeing the S&W Governor for awhile, to shoot .410, 45Lc, 45ACP, and GAP.
  6. You would probably be more likely to need .38/357 but find 9mm ammo. I can't think of a single .355 bullet that wouldn't work in a .38. As far as the powder you are not going to know what kind it was anyway if it is store bought, just reduce it a small amount. Even if you didn't it most likely wouldn't be catastrophic.
  7. Probably closer to be true though, there are a lot of powders that work for all three. With small primers they are all about the same. The bullet diameters are close and a few of the shapes and weights are more universal than others.
  8. I have debated 357/38 vs others for SHTF for years. Honestly I think a 40 with a 9mm conversion barrel is a lot better SHTF BOB. What really interest me about a 357/38 is that I don't need magazines and handloads are easier made.
  9. I haven't tried AG yet but I hated my crossbreed, the leather may have well been plywood. My Kholster was so much better.
  10. I do agree with this, I used to get all caught up on kinetic energy before I started comparing the percentages of one shot stops and how they coincide with momentum and not kinetic energy. http://www.stoppingpower.net/ Also, use these tables. http://www.handloads.com/misc/stoppingpower.asp?Caliber=0
  11. Exactly! And to the OP, I have never heard of a diversion being classified as any kind of plea or conviction. Regardless this should be a misdemeanor anyway, even if you plead guilty I don't think it would have excluded you from a HCP.

    Sig P226 in .40

    His is a good deal!

    Sig P226 in .40

What kind of shape, extras, and at what price?

    Sig P226 in .40

They are fine specimens, all calibers of them are fine shooters. The only thing I will add is that Sig magazines, especially in .40 are not too easy to acquire. If it is not your "go to gun" it probably would never matter.
  15. Thanks everyone, I know that he would have appreciated the thanks. I also would like to send a Happy Birthday out to him today!
  16. I have lost a few friends over the years but I want to remember one from Tennessee this and every Memorial Day. Army Staff Sgt. Daniel D. Merriweather Died January 13, 2010 Serving During Operation Enduring Freedom 25, of Collierville Tenn.; assigned to the 118th Military Police Company (Airborne), 503rd Military Police Battalion (Airborne), 16th Military Police Brigade (Airborne), Fort Bragg, N.C.; died Jan. 13 at Combat Outpost McClain, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when enemy forces attacked his vehicle with an improvised explosive device. Also killed was Pfc. Geoffrey A. Whitsitt. DoD: Memphis soldier killed in Afghanistan The Associated Press . (http://projects.militarytimes.com/valor/army-staff-sgt-daniel-d-merriweather/4459023)
  17. Not always, many of them have so many chemicals soaked in they will outlive all of our kids. I would pick up the phone and call around, anything close to $10 is a good deal for a used RR tie. Ask for a bulk discount if you are getting a lot.
  18. I would agree that it is a great backup but it is often my primary, it would be cool to carry two.
  19. NAA are great guns but many can't get passed the 22lr or 22mag chambering though. They are S/A but that doesn't bother me, it is very easy for me to cock them. I had the 22lr version and sold it to go 22mag, I was actually extremely accurate with the 22lr version. I am less accurate with the magnum even with a 22lr cylinder.(Strange I know!) For a civilian it is hard to beat a LCP or other pocket .380.
  20. Good luck on the Sig magazines! As for the Beretta magazines you can post WTB adds on the various market place boards and probably get more replies than you can afford. I sold my m9 mags a few years ago for about $10 a piece on GOC.
  21. I bought both of mine at GT's, my dress belt is a G&G($50) and my tactical belt is the 5.11 Double Duty($20). I purposely didn't get an operator style belt because I didn't want the metal buckle. I at first questioned if the Double Duty was strong enough and it is. http://www.sportsmanswarehouse.com/sportsmans/5.11-Double-Duty-1.75-inch-TDU-Belt-/productDetail/Mens-Tactical-Accessories/prod999901360020/cat120607
  22. You did well, I have a friend that has been looking for one of those for awhile.
  23. A black Labrador with a cat for a best friend.
  24. J frames handle .357 a lot better than the K frames. The cylinder notches are also offset on the cylinder which makes them stronger.
  25. You can call S&W and get a different answer from everyone.
