If you want to be shocked at how many criminals this cumbersome and invasive process catches every year google 2011 background check results.     As a Catholic that came up through Catholic Schools and did the Altar Boy thing, I couldn't agree more. The older I get the more out of touch the church seems to me. I don't care what gay folks do with their own lives, I can't fathom telling them they can't get married. I do oppose abortion, but their views on birth control are just plain silly. And they really lost me when they came out in favor of gun control.    Having said that there is no other religion I would consider being a part of. I'm not sure how any American who aligns themselves strongly with either of our political parties stays Catholic.

    I don't think you understand the argument. Considering the sacrifice Jesus made I think he expects nothing less than full devotion from people, not treating him as a hedged bet or an insurance policy.

If I were in the prison I would never kill all the walkers around the fence. I may go out and thin the herd from time to time, but leaving them outside of the fence could be a great deterrent to any one who may walk up on the prison. They could also serve as an early warning system if someone were outside the fence, and cover from inside the fence. 

These people are insane. I've noticed the attempts at marginalizing gun owners have really escalated lately. 

    Yep, I've already noticed an uptick in the amount of Obama stickers I see on vehicles around town. Every time I see a Prius with a Obama/Biden sticker on the car it's all I can do not to run them out of town. 

Good on him. I'm still confused as to what magic gun this guy has that saved a life. I thought they were all just stone cold killers!

  I'm worried Chatty may have already been discovered after Outside Magazine named us the best outdoor city last year. If we get invaded down here I really don't know what I'll do. I love this city. 

Thanks for the info guys. I thought they still help IDPA matches up there, but I got concerned when I couldn't find the link off IDPA's website. I'm out of town this weekend but I plan to start back up again next month. See ya'll out there then.

Are they still shooting up there? They aren't linked off IDPA's site anymore and its been awhile since I shot but I was looking to get back into it. Anybody got some insight here?
