@Handsome Rob, thanks for the Poshmark recommendation. I found this Keen bag on Poshmark for $20 w/ tax/shipping. It's really well built with lots of storage areas, comfy to carry, and not too big (I could stand for it to be just a little smaller, but it'll do).

Best way I've seen yet to thwart the "my eyes are up here" remark

I saw them for $40 - 55 quite often on ebay when I was on the fence, but I don't like to buy used electronics from strangers. Knowing @jeremiah has been on TGO for 16 years and has around 100 positive feedback posts calmed all those concerns and this radio works flawlessly.

The biggest flaw to gov't assistance is the fact that they don't give people a chance to work their way out of poverty. They boot them off the dole before their first paycheck arrives. It's almost as if they want the poor to stay poor and dependent on them.

I saw a YT video where an autobody tech buffed the finish. Kinda funny considering the price. BTW...this is one of my favorite YT channels.

I've seen some 30 year old models that still work. Seems overall they are well-made. I'm glad to finally have one.

How long has it lasted so far. I hear these things are like the energizer bunny.

Just wanted to say I'm LOVING this radio. It sounds great!!!

Good looking rat snake, definitely good to have around.

With all the REAL cheating in sports, like drugs, stealing signals, roughing up baseballs, etc, I think what they did to Pete Rose is a travesty. I think gambling is stupid and immoral, but betting on your team to win wouldn't even be on my radar if I was the commissioner.

I wouldn't call my attachment sentimental, but I definitely used to get seller's remorse sometimes when I sold a gun. It mostly happened when money was a little tighter and I couldn't afford to upgrade to something I really wanted w/out letting go of something else I wanted a little less. Once I sold a really close friend a highly modified CZ SP-01 that I used in a few matches. He honored our deal years and years later by offering it back to me when his police department stopped letting him carry the CZ on duty. I am thrilled to have it back, but I never got that feeling about anything but guns, LOL.

I hope this isn't a dumb question, but do you mean for inside the vacuum sealed bag or inside the bucket?

I have only tried their blowback style pistols, which are 100% reliable.

Kris Kristofferson, country music legend, dead at 88!
BigK replied to The Legion's topic in General Chat
I remember him for this and Blade more than for his music. -
I have my eye on a Keen Hybrid Transport or a Keen Crossbody Messenger, right now. If it doesn't work out, I'll add it to the closet of shame and hit you up about that Veldspar.

Sorry for your loss. I had a hole I thought nothing could fill when we lost our last dog. I didn't agree at the time, but I'm thankful my wife was smarter than me and pushed for getting another dog sooner than later. Turns out I needed something to redirect that love towards more than I needed to mourn.

I'm glad that one is sold out...I like it a lot. LOL

Another sling bag fan here. I prefer them over backpacks. I learned this at the NRA conventions. I can spin the sling bag around front to add/remove things easily w/out taking it off.

Wow, I thought I was the only one, LOL. I've got way too many Maxped bags to claim not to be a bag whore too. Their Sitka Gearslinger is the one I use the most. I want something less tactical but equally versatile, but nothing I find checks the same boxes for the same money or less. Oh, I forgot about one other of theirs that I love, the Neatfreak Organizer. It's SO cool and less tactical looking, but it's too small for a laptop. I got it because it fits my tablet, but then I realized I hate tablets.

Also on my .32acp list is an original CZ Scorpion. I would start reloading that caliber if I had one.

I like that! Great job on the paint work.

Good news, hope it brings lots of jobs. I'm a big fan of their products.

Impressive collection. I especially like the CZ27. I've almost bought one several times, but never found the right deal.

Gorgeous knives, as always. GLWS
