  1. I STRONGLY AGREE, sir. I have a real good friend who did something dumb ONE TIME when he was 18 and that felony has ruined his life. It was non-violent and like you said, he served his time over 40 yrs ago. What's the point of calling it rehabilitation, if we ruin their life?
  2. Nice work, Greg. Hand stitching?
  3. CZ does own Dan Wesson, winner winner!
  4. Price drop to $250 I'd also be interested in trading it toward a lever action .22 or a 10/22. My 8yr grandson needs one.
  5. I hope you weren't eating gluten free bread with nuts
  6. Welcome, glad to have ya.
  7. I always started them with the piston at top-dead-center (TDC) when the engine is at the point on the crankshaft where the piston is at the top of the stroke. There'll be less compression making it easier to spin the engine over fast. That offers the best chance of starting it the first time you kick it over. To Find TDC when kicking your bike over, just go until you feel the most resistance then just slowly push the kick-starter just enough to get it past that strong resistance. No choke when hot, choke when cold, no throttle until it's running.

    Weapon Light

I have the exact same light, but on a CZ Phantom as my go-to gun I trust mine and my family's lives to. I sure to love my P-01 too though.
  9. I do weekly bumps as well, but I don't know if there's a rule, so I will benefit from a mod chiming in.
  10. This is now sounding like the simplest and best solution.
  11. In 13 years on this site I only remember one other M4 ever up for sale. They must be good. GLWS
  12. I was already about to pour a glass of milk. What a let down.
  13. How much ya wanna bet the dog doesn't know a single other song anyone EVER heard of?
  14. You nailed the part that keeps sticking in my head: I can carry a sharpening stone anywhere and the places I'd need to sharpen my knife the most won't have electricity. LOL
  15. I'm in the same boat, kind of. My instincts tell me traditional wet stones and practice would give me the best results. However, I know I lack patience, so I tried Smith's first and didn't like clamping the blade. Then I tried the Spiderco and got really good results, but it's still not as easy or flexible. Now I'm using the Work Sharp and I gotta say it fits me and my severely lacking level of patience and determination. LOL One thing I noticed most is that my older cheap knives had steels like 8Cr13MoV and AUS8 that sharpened easy/fast. Some of my newer/better knifes with steel like 154CM and SV30 still take longer even with the electric belt driven Work Sharp. Sharpening knives the lazy/easy way gives me a great deal of respect for the guys with the skill to do it by hand. If money were no object, I'd get a Wicked Edge system though. Somebody on here got one and really convinced me it's likely the best sharpening system I've heard of.
  16. Dang, wish you weren't so far away. I'd love to give that to my sister for her upcoming birthday, so she'd keep her mitts off mine.
  17. SOLD - 740 rounds of Golden Tiger FMJBT steel case, lead core (40.5 ¢/rd). It's also pretty good ammo and has a good reputation.
  18. sold, moving ammo to another thread
  19. I love ultrasonic cleaners, they are awesome. Good price on that one too. GLWS
  20. Hard pass, I'll take the scenic route
  21. yeah, that's definitely not how civilized folks do business
  22. rifle and most of the ammo sold pending meet-up The Golden TIger ammo is still available for now.
  23. I thought an 18-20 yr old could own a handgun given to them by a family member, but they couldn't buy one. I did not know that only pertained to FFL transactions.
  24. so true
