  1. I'm in for at least two. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. So who all plans on actually eating there? I can come a little early if anyone else is.
  3. Sounds good to me.
  4. Oddly enough my body is the exact opposite when I am startled while sleeping. I mean I won't claim to be 100% ready to go but I have been awakened by our dogs barking a few times since moving to our new house and generally pop right up. I have always been more concerned about that while I am just sitting in the living room. I try to wear my gun at all times.
  5. I can't wait for my order! I have all of my reloading stuff ready to start except for the dang tumbler and scale haha. I made out like a bandit with them on their reloading sale though.
  6. I believe I will be there. Any of you guys plan on being there earlier than 7? I work close and live in Lebanon so don't want to turn around and come back. May just eat supper there.
  7. I used to feed Pro Plan but have been giving my three science diet for a few years now. They tolerate it well.   Edit: Just checked on their site and they say made in the USA with ingredients from North America, Europe, New Zealand and somewhere else. Good enough for me.
  8. Yep. I ordered the day after Christmas and am still waiting. Kind of par for the course with them though. They get LOTS of orders at those prices and generally always sell out of whatever sale they are running.
  9. So based on my owners manual I have decided to just do the following so I am not spending money I don't need to:   Plugs and wires were due at 100k and they probably didn't get done so I'll do that.   Coolant flush is 150k so I'm right on time for that.   Going to clean the throttle body as suggested since it's easy enough and free.   Brakes work fine so I think I may just leave them alone. Opinions? Would changing them help prevent wear on any of the other brake parts? Rotors don't look too bad through the rims.   Book doesn't mention anything for diffs and manual transfer case so not gonna touch it.   Haven't looked at brake fluid yet but everyone is telling me to not worry about it. Same with power steering fluid.
  10. They are both big posers haha. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Here are my two dachshunds Zeke and Marley and my lab pitbull mix kate. Posing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Totally classless.
  13. I'm not sure if it has. I'm also not sure how to tell the condition of all of those but it drives and steers great. I did lube all of the grease points on those and the boots were fine. Not cracked or anything and no grease leaking.
  14. Thanks for the info so far. I have decided to just get the brake pads and rotors changed / turned when I get new tires along with a coolant flush and refill. I don't want to mess with bleeding brakes and all that.   I myself am going to do new plugs and wires, change the front and rear diff. and transfer case fluid and probably leave the transmission alone. I have already greased all of the grease points.   I believe this is probably more than most do and should give me peace of mind.
  15. I was gonna do the file filter too. I didn't realize they were all in one. Bummer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. This is what I have always been told. No issues currently.I am just wanting to do all the preventative maintenance I can.
  17. What maintenance would you guys do on a used truck with 145k miles? I am thinking of doing new plugs and wires, brakes, alignment and balance with new tires, etc. The transmission is what worries me. I have read not to do a flush over 100k.
  18. I would say you won't have trouble finding one in your range. Use autotrader and set your parameters. Most of the smaller local lots list on there. That's where I found mine.
  19. I recently spoke to him and he said he isn't really doing the Mid TN shows so I don't think he will be there.
  20. It really depends on if you are willing to possibly work on one maybe sooner than later. I actually purchased one today for under 10k.  When I was growing up my grandparents and parents wouldn't buy anything with over 30-40k miles on it and always preached that. I am to the point in my life now that I don't want to always have car payments. Not putting anyone down that can afford it at all but I don't let higher miles scare me.   I just bought a 2004 silverado in decent shape (few dings and scratches) that drives and runs great. It's a single cab long bed 4x4. It has 145k on it. I also recently purchased a Camry with 160k on it that runs like a top also for under 10k. The problem with that price range is that you generally don't get a good vehicle for under 5k so there are both junk and good trucks at that price range. Just go with your gut when you drive it and take your time looking it over. If you see or feel a problem take some time to research it online. With the internet and youtube more than likely someone has a fix for it that may be simple. You can use the small problems when bargaining and spend a few dollars and hours fixing the small problem while getting to know the ins and outs of the truck as well.   You will probably have to deal with the smaller lots to find these trucks as well.
  21. Our season didn't go as planned either........
  22. I listened to it on the radio and was wishing I was there. Would have been a good game to watch. Still can't believe LSU lost.
  23. I am on the 5C with the newest OS and it is stable. I also do not like the new changes but it hasn't crashed on me.
