  2. I lived in New Jersey. 13 LONG months. :squint: Couldn't wait to get out.
  3. Instead of doing background checks, can we start doing intelligent tests?     An attempt to show off a new gun and laser sight ended with emergency responders at a Kingsport home, where a resident reportedly shot her husband while Skyping with their daughter. Coach gun

I own two. A Cimarron 1878 Hammer double triggers and a Stoeger Supreme single trigger non exposed hammers. The Cimarron is more fun for me shooting SASS.
  5. From what I understand, the guy just called in. No one bothered to verify his claim before they put him on the air. The news channels are so competitive. They will do anything to the scoop. This time they got burned.
  6. They didn't say if the revolver was single or double action. :squint:   Correction they did. Surprised they knew the difference.
  7. Welcome Just keep checking the forum
  8. Welcome Norris is a good range.
  9. Costco said they pulled the book because it wasn't on the Times best sellers list. Don't know it that is true but there is another book that is not selling very well, "Hard Choices" by Hillary Rodham Clinton. If they pulled her book also, I wouldn't too much out of pulling  D'Souza's book. i tried to check this out on Costco's web site, but it is down.
  10. Ain't good to be alive and be in TENNESSEE.   Welcome
  11. I think most if not everyone agrees that someone not right in the head shouldn't have a weapon. gun, knife or anything else. Problem with seizure laws is it's almost imposable to get your property bank after it's been seized. Also the burden of proof, that you are not off your rocker, is on you.  There would have to be a lot of controls on these laws to keep them from being abused, but still allow them to work.
  12. Hope you are right and no gun buster signs,
  13. Nothin like a good snubbie
  14. They may not know what to do with the form, but i can guarantee they will know what to do with the check. :D
  15. I don't think the Duke would be pleased. :-\
  16. This is the same way the government stopped  fast tax refund loans, (Refund anticipation loans, or Rapid Refund). Regulators said they were too risky to make after IRS stopped telling the banks if someone owed back taxes. Banks making these loans disagreed but regulators threaded any bank who didn't stop making them.
  17. My lap top still has XP. i noticed this morning I was receiving an automatic update.
  18. Started pocket caring almost as soon as  I got my carry permit. Tru-Spec 24-7 are the paints I started wearing daily. Mostly carry an SP101 in a  DeSantis holster. Just like the way it fits my hand.  I also carry a Ruger SR9c in a Remora holster. I have only had one person comment on the paints. They liked the amount of pockets.
  19. Got mine also. I had a question about address. We are planning on moving in June or July. How much hassle is it to change your address?
  20. I pocket carry an SP-101. Did change the style of pants & shorts I wear to Tru-Spec 24-7. I shot the lighter revolvers. Too much recoil for me.
