They need to rename it “The Liars Club” , I’ve never tried to deal with so many people with people “For Sale or For trade” that WILL NOT contact you back when you try to get in touch with them!! Don’t get me wrong , I have dealt with some good people on there , but more bad than good.They either give you the run around trying to meet with them, back out on you , won’t contact you back,won’t answer the phone or email or text.It’s like people nowadays are scared ####less to speak to you on the phone!Personally I’d much rather talk to you on the phone, I can find out more that way in 2 minutes than I can spending a week emailing or texting.But I understand some people don’t get good phone service and have to text. Well , that’s my rant

There is a Steven’s model 200 223 in the classifieds. Same thing as a Savage, I have one and they are a VERY accurate rifled or the money. Thought about getting it for a extra, they are getting hard to find.

I know this is supposed to be about M1 carbines(which I have one also) , but some of you were talking about Garands. I have a Beretta M1 Garand, any of y’all seen one or got one?

I’ve got some somewhere, pretty sure it’s heavy ball 174 grain. If you can look at the head stamp and look it up it will probably tell you. I’m thinking mine is Hungarian, not for sure though.

I’ve seen some prices getting better on some ammo and better availability. Not so much on the mail order places , they all still have it jacked up. seems like the 9mm ammo is still way up, and the 7.62x39 is slowly coming down

It’s hard to get people to tell you the truth about anything anymore. Trying to buy or sell anything, it’s about impossible to people to talk to you on the phone, it’s like they afraid to speak to you. I understand sometimes it’s easier to text if you at work or just can’t talk at the moment, but if I’m gonna deal with someone I want to speak to you.I can find out more talking to you in 2 or 3 minutes than I can texting or emailing for a week. I have had good dealings with people on here though.
