  1. I guess that's what I was wanting to know too, how much faster is a turret press that a single stage.
  2. Tell me what you like / dislike about them.How well does the priming system work and how well does a powder thrower work on one?I have a Rock Chucker, and have been thinking about getting a turret.
  3. Ok, I thought so. A friend of mine that's reloaded since the 70's told me the it would build more pressure with the bullet seated longer up against the lands .With it having more of a hard time starting when fired.
  4. Does a cartridge build up more pressure when you seat a bullet a little deeper than usual , such as a 69 gr.bullet in a 223 case so it will fit in a magazine.Or when you seat the bullet against the lands so it doesn't have much of a jump?

  6. I was looking at their website, and seems like they have good prices on their bullets.Free shipping too! I was looking mostly at their 38 cal. Bullets to load in 38 spl . For my 357 rifles.Just curious about the lead bullets.I have been using Falcon an some Xtreme bullets.Falcon has quit taking orders for now.

  8. I've got a friend that has a Ruger revolver that had a plastic insert in the front sight that is missing.I've got some of the insert material to replace it.What would be good to use,some type of epoxy?

  11. 357/38,they are funnnnnn! I don't have a Henry 357 , but do have some some Rossi's and a Uberti.If you reload , you can shoot dirt cheap!

  15. Anybody load ,shoot Berger bullets in .223?Ive thought about getting some to try,53,55 grain.I usually use Nosler and Sierra,and some Hornady.Id just like to hear some views on the Bergers, if their any more accurate than any of the others.
  16. I thought about buying about 5000,but I didn't know how much they charge for the hazmat and shipping.May just get some at the Outpost,1000 here and 1000 there.They have pretty good prices on the primers, or they did.Their powder is getting a little pricey.

  18. I've bought 1 set for my wife's Trailblazer and 2 sets of 4 wheeler tires. They are good people to deal with , they will usually beat anybody's price.I usually really shop around to get the cheapest price before I buy too!

I've loaded Berry's ,Xtreme ,and Falcon.I like all of them.Has anyone tried 357 mag with H110 and plated bullets?I've mostly loaded those 3 brands with 38's.I have some Falcoated 158 grain 38's that I may try with some H110 to see what they do.Falcon told me they had push them to 2200 FPS and they were accurate.I shoot the biggest part of my 38/357s out of rifles.
